Dreams - Gillingham Reviews 

We dealt with Emma at Gillingham dreams and she was a dream. Emma approached us and offered assistance. We spent a total of 4 hours with Emma and tried the sleep match mattress, had all the different mattresses explained to us and even given the option of different pillows to test whilst testing the mattresses. Emma also showed us around all the available bed frames and helped us make a decision with met all of our needs and wants. We were very indecisive and Emma remained patient and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pain. All of this whilst having a laugh and being offered multiple drinks.

At payment Emma also helped us to pick the best pillows and duvets for us and spoke us through all the add ons such as the guarantee options and recycling service.

Emma was very outgoing and patient. We wouldn’t have been able to make a decision right for us without Emma’s assistance and may not have even purchased due to lack of knowledge regarding mattresses correct for us and the different kind of pillows available.

My new bed is all I hoped for and a bit more. It's supportive, comfortable and just the right size, small double.

Very satisfied from when we went into store, chap was very helpful and pleasant, within a week mattress was delivered by two very pleasant chaps within the time scale stated and all we can say is mattress is excellent and we don't want to get up as its so comfortable.

The whole process of buying the bed, to delivery and then assembling of the bed was so professional. All steps were easy and hassle free

James was very helpful in store. The 2 deliverie men were very helpful as well they took my old bed. Was able to hover before my new bed went in. The whole experience couldn’t have gone better

The staff were extremely helpful. I just went in on the off chance of finding something comfortable. I was shown several mattresses and in the end it was between two. The assistant gave me a pillow so that I could test each mattress out properly, which was a complete surprise as no other store had done that. I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking to buy a mattress or a complete bed. Another important point is making sure the delivery guys aren’t a bunch of cowboys. The delivery guys from Dreams were as one would hope and expect them to be.

From the beginning Emma, in store, was so helpful and friendly helping me choose and order my new bed. I was able to choose a delivery date that suited me. Bed was delivered on time by a friendly team. I paid for the unpack and put together and they did a great job. Would recommend. .

Helpful to find the best matress for me!

I have previously written a review regarding my mattress dipping after 4 years causing back pain. I was told there was nothing customer services could do.

However since writhing the review I have been contacted by a customer first specialist who has been very helpful.
The original cost of the mattress was £1099, Dream's could obviously not refund the full amount, but offered £799 in store credit which I think is very reasonable.
The customer first specialist made this very easy and stress free. He has arranged the collection of my mattress and has ordered the new items I have purchased which has made this experience a much more positive one.

I ordered the Prescott D Mattress and I’ve never slept so well in my life. I have health issues causing lots of pain so really needed a comfortable bed and all the pain I felt in my old bed has completely gone. This mattress supports my body in all the right areas.
It was delivered very quickly and totally worth every penny. Thank you for making my “Dreams” come true.

Delivery drivers were excellent. Called to let me know when they would arrive. Took shoes off at the front door. Bed and headboard put together very quickly. Everything explained to me. They took away my old mattress and base and all the packaging.

From start to finish all was the best, salesman delivery staff. As was great.
