Excellent service
This was my first visit to Dreams - what a fabulous experience. We were greeted by extremely friendly polite and very helpful staff. I have health issues that lead to bad sleep - and had never heard of 'sleepmatch'. Jack was brilliant and shared his knowledge on the recommended mattresses which we tried with special pillows. He didn't rush us to decide on the right one. Whilst completing the purchase of bed, matress and pillows we were offered coffee. Special protectors and duvets were discussed and also purchased. This was a great experience and I am really happy with the service that we received and the purchase that we made. I recommend a visit to this lovely store - it has a very friendly helpful team who were a great help. Special thank you to Jack

The best experience I’ve had buying a bed! Welcomed in and advised on different mattresses and frames. Offered a seat and drink while we discussed delivery options. Served by Malcolm (I think), really friendly and helpful! Had a great laugh!

Dreams...Great staff. Great service.
The staff at dreams are so knowledgeable about the products, and attentive to my needs as I have a spinal injury. Choosing the right bed for me was very important to help me get a good night's sleep.
