Helpful in shop delivery was a bit rough watched on camera when they brought it up drive before wife got there they just stood it up against my climbing rose on the wall not appropriate luckily didn’t brake it or damage the mattress that’s all 🙄

Trying out the mattress at Dreams was a must and we made a good choice. The staff were so helpful.

Paid 3700 for a new bed, and what I assumed the old bed to be taken away, at least that is how I understood the salesman. But no, no room on the van for the divan just the mattress as I hadn't apparently paid for the divan to go to. When you pay 3700 for a bed, I guess, wrongly of course, that, that would be part of the service.
As a result of this review, Dreams customer service have been in touch with me and offered me a form of compensation for the issue above. I have to say, on this part, my dealings with the person handling my case are positive. Good communication and an apology extended, which is appreciated though it shouldn't have been necessary to do so in reality.

Great stuff and very helpful for choosing the right product

From the ordering to delivery, all staff members was very knowledgeable, and when they said a time for delivery they was on time .

Very good understanding of Beds and mattresses.
I went on matchine and offered me good mattress, which is working well for me.

My brother in law had a serious brain injury, he needed a new bed and mattress . We went to Grimsby Brsnch, we saw Jack initially , who was extremely helpful and patient and Graham was happy to order his bed .
We realised when we got to grahams house that the bed chosen, would not fit in his bedroom , as it had a tv in the bed. So took a lot of room up , he needs space as he has walking stick .
We took him back to Grimsby and saw Sonny and a lovely lady ,sorry her name escapes me, They arranged an exchange again extremely helpful .
Bed delivered and lovely delivery drivers very efficient and polite .
After 3 weeks and a few falls out of the bed we contacted head office spoke to a girl called Emily abd explained Grahams situation , she said that we should go to Grinsby shop today and check if there was a lower bed and then call her back .
we saw Malc today, he was brilliant understanding and very helpful very professional and he rang head office whilst we were there and they agreed to change the bed for a lower bed , we are so grateful . Graham has asked me to say a BIG THANKYOU to all of the team , He is thrilled how much help the team have given him .. we say your customer service is second to none 👏👏. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams …

Excellent sales staff and delivery men

The staff in this store are very friendly and helpful, my husband is in a wheelchair and they were soo helpful
Instead of a coffee they made him Hot Chocolate sooo kind.
The staff explained and LISTENED to our needs.
When the day of delivery arrived two very pleasant men brought our bed nothing was too much trouble, a credit to your team

From entering the showroom to the delivery of the bed I could not have wished for a more pleasant nor easy experience. The advice and help was first class. The bed was very good value and just what we wanted. Jack was exceptionally helpful. The delivery team were excellent too. Superb communication, on time and very friendly. I wouldn’t shop for a bed anywhere else.

Very helpful and nice staff, easy purchase

We was kindly welcomed into store my Sonny. We explained what we was looking for and he was more than helpful. We tested to see which mattress was right for us and he directed us to ones within our budget. The finance process was swift and Sonny was confident and reasuring. We was offered a drink while we did all the paperwork and sorted delivery. Very helpful, cheery and polite.

Sofa bed very comfy, delivery guys were very helpful.

Malcolm in Grimsby went above and beyond. We used the bed which perfectly matched our preferences and then he spent time talking us through several mattresses and pillows.
We opted for finance which was a seamless and speedy, and with a brilliant coffee!
We can’t wait for our mattress to be delivered!
