Dream~cool experience
We were greeted by Kishan- Sales advisor who took the time to walk us through the store. He guided us through the mattress assessment tool and then picked out best mattresses as per our body needs/ analyses.
He was patient, attentive to our needs, appeared to have good knowledge of the product and its durability and moreover was presentable with good polite tone. He showed an interest and hence we decided to purchase our dream mattress at first visit itself.

A masterclass in service from start to finish
Excellent service, patient and helpful salesman. Mastered the technique of letting customers browse without being "in the way". Advised rather than "pushed" so I was glad all round that we ended up with a sale. Marvellous delivery staff with a cheerful attitude - nothing too much trouble !

Dreams Hayes Branch - great sales person
We only went in to view but ended up buying as the Sales person Umar was very profressional and helpful and he made it easy for us to decide. For 2 months we were un decided about which divan to buy.

Umar was an amazing individual I shopped around for a new bed/matress, and the way dreams does it has been great I haven’t received better hospitality from an individual before thanks to Umar . They do seem to prioritise finding the right match for you, and they'll take your criteria on board. Trying in store, free delivery, matress removal, and trial runs mean you can't really go wrong.

Best decision I ever done
Me and my girlfriend were looking for a mattress but unsure what was sutitable for us. So we enter the shop and got well greeted by all staff. Right after a lady called Ivona, came to us and show was the store and answer to our needs. Took us to a machine called Sleepmatch to ensure we could get a 100% accuracy on the type of mattress we needed it. After that she show us the option of mattress and we got in love with our option. It wasn't the cheapest but the amazingly comfortable 👌. She also offered us a dink and a good selection of items to go with the mattress. We loved it.

Prince at Hayes Branch
Went to the Hayes Branch. Welcomed by Customer Service Rep - Prince and he offered us a hot/cold drink. Asked us what we were looking for. Showed us exactly the types of bed bases we wanted. Then took great care to help us with mattress choices. Dreams have this 3D machine which takes readings such as age, height, weight (once you lie down on the mattress), preferred sleep position and any aches/pains you may have then takes a full scan and gives you the top 10 mattresses suited to your readings. It’s very clever and it certainly works. We tried out a range of beds. Very satisfied with what we had seen and how we had been treated. Went to other bed stores afterwards as a comparison. Need to get it right when it comes to beds. And we felt that Dreams was hands down the best for price. The only thing I wasn’t too impressed with was the very limited choice of headboard styles. We went back the next day and Prince was once again extremely helpful and took great care of us. He was patient and showed us all our choices again. He wanted to make sure we got it right. He assisted us in ordering 2 beds and 2 mattresses. Delivery time frame 9-10 weeks. Thank you very much. Happy customers. Will return in the future.
