Amazing service from the manager at Horsham. Super friendly and knowledgeable, no pressure selling. Gave us time to try out the mattresses once explaining about them all. Bought a small double mattress ofexcellent quality and extremely good price. The delivery was quick and delivery staff were excellent.

Everything about the experience was great - the cool (slightly gimmicky but fun nevertheless) body scanner, the choice of mattresses and different price points, the sales staff in store (Ed I think in Horsham), the information and follow up and finally the delivery experience - on time and I just can't fault the Dreams experience.

The company was great at the point of sale, but the product has really been a disappointment. Going to wait a little longer then probably return.

However Dreams got in touch and they were really understanding and helpful.

Went to the shop on recommendation of friends but really only to browse. Sales assistant Chazz couldn't have been more helpful and knew her subject in great detail. Having experienced the Sleepmatch we went on to try out appropriate mattresses and bases. Surprisingly for us after an hour we had made a decision and ordered new of both of the above!
Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks later and having slept on our new bed for 2 weeks now we couldn't be happier - such luxury and comfort for older bodies.
Would be happy to use Dreams again for future purchases.

Really helpful sales person in store who gave us very good advice and helped us choose the right mattress for us which is so comfortable and we are enjoying a good nights sleep. The delivery guys were also very good and extremely helpful and we are very happy with our purchase.

Went in on the off chance of getting a new mattress. Left 30mins later with a new mattress, pillows and sheets deal, 80% off (so a £1000 discount) free delivery at a time to suit me. It came bang on time. Absolutely no pressure in the store to. Great service
