Mina at the Huntingdon store was genuinely brilliant. She was very patient with us, took time to explain the various options and was very knowledgeable about the various products. The store itself has plenty of different choices for customers to look at and try. And the sleep machine is definitely worth a go! We based out mattress choice on its findings and agreed that it was the most comfortable us. If you’re looking for a bed, then look no further.

Having finally admitted our old mattress had passed it's use by date we popped into the Huntingdon store. Assisted by the very helpful Dave and the Sleepmatch system, we found a new mattress. This was swiftly delivered to us in a matter of days.

Since then we've really realised how bad our old mattress was with the quality of sleep we're now getting. Our only regret, not changing it sooner.

Sally your representative in Huntingdon went above and beyond to make sure we had the mattress of our dreams. She was friendly and responsive. We don’t believe we’ve had sales reps that seemed to us as though she had our needs first and foremost rather than needing a sale.

Very good company and staff the bed good but I would like the Fower softer for me it wasn't available on sale
The delivery arrive at time not take long to download and took away my old bed.

We were delighted with the service the sales lady provided when we visited the show room. She was thorough throughout, and most helpful.
The delivery guys were equally as good, extremely polite and careful in our home. We had recently decorated our hall stairs and landing, I was worried delivering the he'd they might mark the walls, not a scratch!

Our experience was first class the staff had first class knowledge of product and made our decision on choice of mattress so much easier

Excellent service! Lovely ladies, mina (same name as me!) and sally both helped me on separate visits and I felt valued and listened to in every way possible. Thank you for the bed! It is as lovely as it was in store (bit firm but I was made aware of this when I purchased the bed).

The sales assistant was very welcoming but not pushy, she knew what she was talking about and didn't rush me at any point, she explained everything in detail,
I have hearing difficulties and she didn't mind repeating anything that I didn't hear correctly, she answered any questions I had, she treated my friend with equal respect and even offered us both a drink, I felt the whole experience of having to buy a new mattress was made far easier than I had anticipated and would recommend Dreams at Huntingdon to anyone in need of beds or mattresses

This is a lovely comfy mattress, so good we not only have this mattress on our double bed but also on our king bed.

The assistant Mina was very helpful although there were several customers to look after at the same time as me. I purchased the mattresses and I am very pleased with them.

Calling Sally in the Huntingdon Store, she explained how I could order and arrange payment by calling Michael. This I did and he couldn't have been more helpful. I love DREAMS and highly recommend the Company
