Worst experience for this store and saleswoman Ayesha.. This is for Tempur mattress exchange and it’s pathetic . We purchased 2 tempur mattresses of high end recently in March 2023 . We were told during purchase that it’s seemless exchange process and 40 nights guaranteed exchange . When we went to shop today for exchange of mattress , the attitude of saleswomen simply pathetic .. She was not at all interested to talk to us . It was very surprising . When I asked her to place replacement order , she made an excuse that her manager isn’t there and she can’t place replacement order .. Really ? I mean during sales order Ayesha don’t have manager issue ( he wasn’t even there ) … I was told to call customer care to do replacement by ourselves .. Pathetic experience of the store …. Avoid this store at all cost

Friendly and professional lady..offered drinks to make our visit more welcoming and the whole experience was pleasant and looking forward to receiving our bed next week and hopefully that will be as good !!

It’s early days to review the bed and mattress, you only knew their performance after 6/12 months use, so far it’s not bad, one thing we notice, the mattress keep slipping to one side, probably it’s too light.

I am highly satisfied with my Bed and Matress purchase experience at Dreams. The staff was super warm and welcoming. They offered us a warm cup of coffee which was amazing to have given the weather was cold and windy that day. They then walked us through the store and showed us some amazing beds in line with our requirements. They seemed well versed with the intrinsics of the products and told us about the exhaustive features the products offered. We then did a sleep test to find the perfect mattress for us. I had been struggling to sleep well for some time and was amazed to see the most mattresses on display were comfortable. The staff was patient and told us about the various types and offers. I was delighted with the overall experience and even the discounts offered. I am super happy with the purchase and have already started singings songs of praises to my friends and family. I would definitely recommend vising dreams to everyone to get the bed of your dreams.

James (from the Ilford branch) was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient, allowed us time to think without being pushy and was able to advise us on the right bedframe and mattress for us. Staff at Dreams never fail to disappoint and would highly recommend purchasing from this store.

James at the ilford store gave excellent customer service without being too pushy, we got offered drinks and he explained about the exsperience bed, it made buying two new mattresses so much easier, and it’s so nice to go into a store and get good customer service

Great service from James in ilford branch right from the start! Would definitely recommend to family & friends.
Welcomed us in, offered us a drink, let us compare and find the right mattress for us. Gave us time to ourself to try and discuss so we felt very comfortable and no pressure. This was the first bed shop we went to and I had no intention of buying on the spot but the fact I did says it all! He even helped with the choice of protectors and warranty.
