Thank you Ayesha at Dreams Ilford for helping me choosing a bed. I enjoy my new bed very much, its very comfortable and just what I needed. Thanks also to the two delivery guys for setting up the bed.

Mr. James offered Coffee. He asked what bed or mattress we were looking for. He put me on a test bed and then chose the right one for me. I had several mattresses to choose from. I paid 1199f. I recommend Mr. James

Ordered a bed last bank holiday for my twins. The bed and mattress cost just under a grand. I paid the extra. £30 for Installation.
The bed arrived and was installed , however the plastic was left on the mattress and I was advised to unwrap the mattress when ever I’m ready and leave it to breath for an hour.

I should have known then that something was off . As soon as the guys left I looked at the mattress on the bed 1 was just about to take the plastic off .But I realised the mattress is bigger than the bed. I quickly call the delivery driver and inform him that the mattress is incorrect and is bigger than the base of the Bed. They inform me it’s correct and the only mattress on their van . I then try to email dreams. I try to raise a concern/ complaint. The dreams process is to contact the store where I purchased the bed. The store manager advised me to take pictures of the bed and measure the mattress. Fuming is an understatement, I remained calm did not take my frustration out on him. I asked for dreams email address and explain my twins do not have a bed to sleep on . He gives me the email address and states I can take the plastic off and use the bed and wait for dreams to contact me about the mattress, as he wants me to keep the bed. I stressed to him that the bed needs to be collected and I won’t be taking the plastic off as I do not want any issues with the bed being returned. He repeats again and said no dreams wouldn’t want me to be inconvenienced and wouldn’t want my children to be without a bed and to use as normal . I refuse and state unless he puts that in writing . I will not be doing that .
So right now on the 3rd of June . My children have no bed I have all their bedroom furniture I.e wardrobe and draws in my living room . It doesn’t help that my children are both unwell with chicken pox and I specifically took them to their grandmothers house the night before , to ensure the dreams staff were not in close contact with them .
So now my children have come back home they do not have a bed to sleep on .
Fuming is an understatement. I need the bed collected for my refund to be issued so that I can purchase another bed for my twins !

Worst ever experienced bought a bed from dreams paid nearly £2000. There is a problem with my bed no one is looking at. They got homeserve to come and have a look who are waste of time. Very disappointed with the service.

Staff was very helpful, if I remember his name was James, James was helpful with his services and I and my husband are pleased with services we received thank you Dreams bed 🙂

James at Ilford branch was helpful and understood our needs and gave us good options when we was buying a mattress for our son

First of all I like the product which was a mattress and it’s so comfortable.I brought it with some discount. They provide so many offers which I really liked.The delivery was fine as well.Overall I like everything about dreams.

Great service in store with knowledgeable staff and a smooth delivery process with excellent comms throughout.

I have shopped here for my last 2 purchases. I find the staff excellent and very knowledgeable. When I had a problem with my mattress which was no fault on their behalf, the staff at the store and head office went out of their way to help me. I would never go anywhere else to buy a bed or mattress in the future!

On entering Dreams in Ilford we were met at the door by a charming assistant who after asking us a few questions took us to the computerized bed that decides what type of mattress is suitable for your requirements. After that we were taken to about half a dozen mattress's that fit the bill to try for comfort. Eventually we chose a Silent Night mattress. We were offered a drink and several optional extras, some of which we purchased but without any pressure to do so. The delivery date we were offered exceeded our expectations. So much so that 2 working days later was too soon for us but we excepted 4 working days instead. All in all I cannot fault the service offered by Dreams and would not hesitate to return to them in the future or to recommend them to anyone elase.

I came into Dreams Ilford store with my mother to just have a look around and get an idea of prices and if i should invest my money into buying a bed and mattress from here.
I was welcomed by the store manager Pam, who was very professional but also very friendly and polite! I explained to her that i had an idea of the bed i wanted and she showed me exactly what i had in mind and also showed me this machine that tests the kind of mattress that is specifically well for you and it matched me to a firm mattress which was perfect for me!
She showed me the perfect mattress for my budget as a full-time student as well as great comfort! I ended up having a change of mind and actually decided to purchase a bed completely different to what i had in mind because of all the great options they have in store!
The bed and mattress i ended up purchasing are perfect!! I couldnt be more satisfied with my decision of coming into this store!
I came in with the idea of just having a look and was amazed by the range of beds and mattresses they had to offer and couldnt resist buying the ones i did!
I was also offered a great guarantee!
Was also treated very well by having the mattress 3 minute test done and also given a pillow to try out the mattresses they had in store!
My mum and i were also offered a tea or coffee which we found extremely nice and made our overall experience perfect.
I will definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family.

James the store attendant immediately welcomed us as we came in the store and offered us a refreshment and use of the sleep match machine which was very accurate at determining the most suitable mattress for our spine. Happy to say my back pain is gone since changing to the mattress recommended by James and the sleep match machine.
