Kevin & Rob 5⭐️ Highly recommended
On a recent trip to Llandudno we decided to call into the Dreams Store just out of sheer curiosity. The store had a lovely atmosphere, with a friendly welcome and no pressure. After a quick look around Kevin suggested we try the "sleepmatch" machine. And oh boy was I glad we did! After a brief consultation he and the machine were able to direct us to a mattress that I believe was actually made to measure just for us. I thought my bed was comfy, but the bed recommended to us was just out of this world comfy🥰 We weren't looking to make a purchase at all but this bed was just too good to miss out on. So much so that coupled with the great hospitality and the cool drinks offered to us, we made the decision to buy the mattress straight away. I'm also pleased to say that we took Kevin and Robs advice and bought the Divan ottoman base and Headboard too. I haven't slept right through the night for a long time but this mattress will be like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you so much guys, we will be back soon to buy for the other rooms⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

13 to 20 may 2023 Stayed at beachside llandudno absolutely a excellent place to stay iv been there twice and a have book for next year .breakfast is very moreish plenty to choose from the continental table and breakfast itself. Cheryl and dave r very nice couple very helpful with our cases as we both have difficulty. Zoe the waitress keeps the rooms in excellent condition also zoe does the waitressing shes spot on with our orders .I would definitely recommend this guess house to family friends and other people who need to know were to stay deserves a 5star .from susan Nicholson stokeontrent.

Wot No Headboard Brackets?
Bought a Sleepmotion 200i adjustable bed. We were disappointed that it didn't come with the brackets to attach a headboard and that we were unable to purchase the brackets - the response we got from Dreams Customer Service department was that these were only available if we bought one of their headboards. So we've had to custom-make our own brackeys in order to attach our headboard.
We're very happy with the bed itself (and the service we got at the store) but feel that the Dreams customer services department are not providinh the kind of 5* customer service that would enable us to wholeheartedly recommend Dreams to others.
