Excellent friendly service from Julie and Alled in the Llandudno store who even took care of our dog giving him water and treats whilst we were being served.

We bought our mattress from Dreams online, which turned out to be a big mistake. After contacting Dreams, they recommended that we visit our nearest store.

When we arrived, we were assisted by Julie, who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to help us and made the whole experience so much better. Her customer service was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for better support.

Not sure how people can say they had a great nights sleep!!
The mattress was supposed to be medium but I found it more firm which resulted in 2 nights poor sleep ! So I went out to buy a mattress topper- cheaper than having to change it in 30 days time. The assistant was however very nice.

Really good experience from buying at shop and trying to find the perfect mattress, to delivery. At present the mattress is amazing and very comfortable providing a good night sleep.

it's been very comfortable sleeping on the bed and the pillows are good used to wake up three or four times a night but now waking up twice a night which is a toilet break so a big change for me

Helpful assistants. The special bed to assist our sleeping needs and the care taken to use this information together with our list of requirements to show us to the best mattress for us. Then we were given as much time as we needed to lie on it and a good cup tea to be sure we were happy with it.
Then the mattress was duly delivered and put on our base and the old one and all the packing materials were removed which we were assured would be completely recycled responsibly.
Most importantly we are now sleeping blissfully

After trying a number of different beds decide on a firm mattress for extra support .
We definitely made the right choice as it’s perfect support and comfort all rolled in one .
The service was excellent and it was lovely to have such customer care, our thanks go out to the Llandudno branch of Dreams staff and manager who were extremely helpful in finding the right bed for us.
The delivery and helpfulness of the delivery team made everything run smoothly and the old bed was taken away to be recycled, so no after delivery worries about disposal .

A really helpful bed salesman guided us through the selection process for a new bed, including a somewhat gimmicky test measurement of our sleeping requirements. The bed, when it arrived, lived up to our expectations and the delivery men & fitters were again most helpful. My wife & I have so far (though it's early days) found the bed very comfortable to sleep on.

From ordering the bed to delivery was first class we was kept informed of delivery times and they phoned us a hour before delivery

Over the years, I have bought bases, mattresses, and headboards from Perfect Dreams, and been absolutely delighted!
Last week I had some beautiful bedroom drawers delivered, by the usual polite and helpful delivery guys.
I'm delighted with this recent purchase.
Donna and staff are absolutely fabulous, professional and always go that extra mile.
I would highly recommend this store and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Delivery was equally impressive. The team arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and even set the bed up quickly and efficiently. They were polite, professional, and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it before leaving. 🚚

As for the quality, it exceeded my expectations. The bed feels sturdy, well-made, and incredibly comfortable. You can really tell that attention to detail went into the design and materials. I’ve been sleeping better since the first night! 🛏️✨

I highly recommend Dreams Llandudno. The service in store was really helpful, very professional and totally focussed on helping me make the right choice of mattress for me. Their sleep technology bed is clearly very helpful in the decision process. It worked, I have been delighted with my new mattress from day 1.
The delivery team were also very professional, took care manoeuvring the mattress upstairs and taking my old one away.

Went to the store in consecutive days. Day one, offered a beverage and lay one the sofa machine. Exceptional service.
Day two, knew which product I wanted but needed to test between the firmness. Lay on three beds, was left in peace after the staff asked if I needed assistance. Chose the product and received 2 free pillows.
Delivery arrived at the appointed slot and the mattress is exceptional.

Very pleased with my new mattress. The 2 sales assistants I saw were most helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond in making sure I purchased the right product. We were in your shop for quite some time, they had lots of patience!

The double bed base arrived on the arranged date. Carried upstairs and assembled by two very polite, competent chaps. All packaging removed.
The reason for only 4 stars not 5 is that I think the charge for this service is high. But as elderly customers who can't do these things ourselves, we had no choice and so we paid.

Kevin, the assistant who served us was us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us into buying . He is an asset to to the company

Purchased the medium to firm cool mattress, back pain is much better & this temper is much cooler. Had the free duvet which i never use as their always too hot for me, but love this one.
