Went to find a bed in Dreams Talbot green,the salesman was helpful and informative. We selected our bed and mattress and arranged delivery. We were informed the day before delivery that it would be between 8 and 12 and then on the morning they contacted us when they were 30 mins away. The delivery men we polite and efficient, they put on over shoes, took the bed to the bedroom, put it together, told us to leave it at least 2 hrs before putting any bedclothes on it. They were very tidy and took away the packaging. We've had the bed for over a week now and so far so good.It took us a few nights to get used to the memory foam mattress but it is very comfortable.

Seamless experience from placing order in store up to delivery where the delivery guys put the bed together and removed all packaging and left the room ready for the bed to be made. All in all excellent customer service.

Excellent service both in store and delivery and build in our bedroom. No problems whatsoever. Everything removed as promised.

Smell on the mattress is not pleasant, don’t find it any better than the one we threw out if we’re honest. It was an expensive purchase which hasn’t lived up to expectations

Sales man was very friendly didn't push us onto the dearest mattress that the machine picked for us. Offered us tea or coffee.
Delivery driver was friendly kept me informed when he would be arriving at the house.

Staff in Talbot Green store are fab, very knowledgeable and friendly. Jo was lovely

Delivery was within the two hour slot allocated and the delivery men were efficient, courteous and, after assembling the bed, took away all the packaging as arranged. I was more than pleased with their service and would highly recommend Dreams.

Helpful, friendly staff who listened to us and took time to explain different options. Lots of stock available to try in store, no pressure to buy anything.

I love my new mattress and are very pleased with it. The only bugbear was having paid nearly £1,300 for a small double mattress was that I had to pay an extra £29.00 for them to deliver it to the bedroom. Free delivery was to my front door, how they expect 2 elderly pensioners to carry it upstairs to the bedrooms, makes me cross. They took under five minutes to deliver and take off the plastic covering. However they were clean and tidy and polite.

Greeted and made to feel welcome. Offered drinks and a chance to have an analysis done on the sleep match bed. Then given specific pillows to take around and try the recommended mattresses.
Didn’t feel rushed at all. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. Made choosing our new mattress so much easier

Staff very hepful and went through all of the options for us, before we made the choice of which bed was most suitable
