Honestly, I do not normally buy from showroom stores but buying the right mattress is a daunting experience these days with so many main types, comfort levels, product ranges, sub ranges and models within the sub-ranges...you get my point. So needless to say I did some initial (extensive) research online but couldn't justify any of the prices without first trying one out.

From the moment I walked into the Talbot Green store accompanied by my family including 2 small children, I felt at ease and in safe hands. No hard sell tactics and everyone was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic.

We were shown a very clever device called the sleep match machine which helps to match sleeping type and pressure zones to the correct type of mattress, although it is yet to be seen wherever this machine is accurate for us or not, I was surprised by the read out. I would normally default to a medium to firm mattress but it recommended soft. I was very surprised how much we liked the soft over the medium to firm mattress in store.

We were offered pillows to match and were shown multiple mattresses across multiple price ranges, from clearance to ultra premium, again, no hard sell tactics employed to steer our decision.

As I already had an idea for the brand and "range", I had been interested in from my research, I was naturally more biased in favour of said manufacturer. We ultimately bought a better "cooling" product from that same manufacturer than what I thought I had been researching online; yet to be seen as we await delivery.

When we made our decision, the store was able to negotiate with us the best deal (I believe) they could in store, and then again after the day of purchase, price matched further still with a special offer price I found online from another store; this store don't just say that they offer price match, they go above and beyond to ensure it is honoured.

If you can't tell already, this buying experience was a breath of fresh air for me and my family in these current times which left me thoroughly impressed! For anyone looking to buy their next mattress, I can't recommend enough, Dreams in Talbot Green, Llantrisant.

Better offer come on and company was able to price match which having made use of their interest free purchase option reduced my overall repayments. Best purchase ever and the sleep match machine really works and read me right! Fallen in love with sleep again. Staff were attentive but not pushy like other bed companies - highly recommended

Made the right choice of bed with the help of a member of staff , he was a bit pushing trying to sell us all sorts of things but my husband soon put a stop to that after we already agreed to a few add ons so he kindly told him no more ,the comfiest bed I've ever had and its servere back problems I need comfort, and this bed is the best ! Thank you dreams ,may be just ask ur staff not to keep pushing more add ons

Delivery good. On time and very professional.

I went into the store very reluctant but Ms Joclyn was so wonderful and welcoming she made choosing the bed and mattress so easy. The delivery was made promptly. I can't believe I survived without such a lovely bed. Will definitely be coming again.
