I specifically would like to thank Mason at the Maidstone branch of Dreams who was a very polite and charming lad, who did indeed help us find our dream mattress. He did everything right and went out of his way to help us and make everything easy for us, showed great knowledge despite being new to the job and just generally was brilliant at what he did. Thank you! We've had our mattress for a few weeks now and are sleeping amazingly, I am so glad we came to Dreams and didn't buy a random mattress that we saw advertised on TV.

Just excellent, previously we had used a competitor, Dreams just highlights the shambles of a company the other crowd are. Delivered when they said they would, everything was complete. Quality excellent. (This was part of two orders)

Great customer service in the shop and in general. Great quality of products. I got two beds from Dreams and a mattress. The delivery teams needs some customer service training but if you write to the company and explain this they will be happy to deal with your complaints
