Terrible customer service. The sales person in the shop was relatively new, gave incorrect information upon sale, promised a delivery date which could not be facilitated and failed to mention that part of the set up was an additional cost and said it was included. The deputy manager was due to call me and has not. Very poor experience and very disappointing.

From order to delivery could not fault communication and the whole process was seamless

I'm very happy with the mattress I purchased. I needed a new mattress especially as I'm recovering from a major RTA.
I visited my local store, on entering I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who was most helpful. He was very informative and helpful on making my decisions.
Whilst purchasing my mattress we were offered some drinks and he helped me make the right decision on the purchase of my pillows.

I told my wife that day in the showroom,... Let's go for the best "very firm orthopedic mattress and luxurious ottoman bed"... We got it exactly 5 days as promised. Best of it all, no more back pains... Having a mattress that is soft and very firm and a bed frame that "swallowed" our travelling boxes from our wardrobes has been my dream. It has made a world of difference in our sleep experience. It's a dream come through with Dreams!

We had what I would say at least, a very difficult room to reach, with a sharp 90° up a steep set of stairs, followed by another sharp 90°.
The guys were very polite although after the first few minutes then less experienced one started negotiating with the other that it was impossible. However the more experienced of the two insisted it was possible.
I am not proud to say but we had a bet on in the family if it was even possible with a 50/50 split for those for and those against.

To all of our amazement, although there were a few light paint scratches on the wall, they managed to get all of the boxes up the stairs.

Don't supposed you do bed removals as well for whenever we might move out?

(We have no issue with the paint as we are currently in the process of repainting the house)

Great service from start to finish, store manager remembered what I was looking for from a previous visit and the bed was exactly what I was looking for. Delivery time was fine as well as installation and well worth the fee. Bed has been excellent and finished off our new bedroom perfectly. Have used Dreams before and would definitely recommend.

Spent more than an hour in the store trying mattresses having been on mattress tester. I chose my frame and mattress. Best of all the super fitters Robson and Deanne. They built my bed, but treated my home with respect. They were not slip shod or shoddy. A welcome pleasant surprise to have such decent and thoughtful, efficient work people. They are a credit to the organisation
