Was helped in store, staff friendly was explained everything.
Delivery was as stated, was keapt updated by driver, when arrived he explained all.
Mattresses is comfortable and worth every penny. Paid more than normal but best bit was still a lot cheaper as was on sale.

The mattress we purchased took a while to get used to and we didnt realise when we bought it was much
smaller in depth than our previous one .

Mattress good but expensive. Was extremely unhappy with offers. Lady who served us at the shop was great. Contacted customer support who just told me to cancel order basically. Should have. Could have bought elsewhere much cheaper. Won't visit again.

Mattress brilliant!!
Cooler than old memory foam mattress..can fully recommend a dreams mattress combats my hot flushes I now can move over to a cooler spot in the bed and fall back to sleep comfortably.
Husband suffers with sciatica, the mattress has supported his body where needed. We look forward to going to bed now..we hated the old soft, hot mattress.
We have had more sleep with our new dreams mattress thanwe have had for the last five years on the old one!! Result!!!

Polite and friendly staff in the shop , and left us alone to browse . They helped when needed .
The delivery team were efficient and on time and kept us fully informed of their arrival time .An altogether easy, efficient experience and the bed is very comfy too!

The salesman at the store was GREAT! He encouraged us to take our time and try many mattresses! In his words: "I tell my customers buying a mattress is not like buying a loaf of bread off the shelf! They must not just squeeze it, but lay down and try them out!"
