Not knowing which mattress was the most…
Not knowing which mattress was the most suitable I found the trial mattress very useful. The assistant was very knowledgeable and I was shown several mattresses that potentially suited my posture which I quickly reduced to 2. I must have tried these a dozen times before deciding but there was no sales pressure which I was grateful for. Overall a very good experience and now I have it I am really happy with the new mattress and my nights sleep

Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience, would not recommend.
Paid around £2,000 for a tempur mattress and both me and my partner are constantly getting either hip pain or back pain and are on painkillers everyday.
Dreams got in touch with us and arranged for someone to come out and inspect the mattress, we was told that it was the bed frame that was causing the problem not the mattress, we have now got the bed frame fixed and it still is the same.
Cannot seem to get a good night sleep, up all through the night in constant pain.

Excellent service in the Mansfield store. The staff were really helpful in finding a new mattress for my 88 year-old mother. The delivery guys were great too. Would recommend Dreams as a company.

We tried the sleep bed. They talked about the result s. Shown and tried the mattresses that were compatible. They weren't the cheapest but the mattress is perfect.

Best buying, delivery and installation experience.
Best buying, delivery and installation experience. Was provided by a delivery window and the team was spot on time. Within 2 hours the team delivered and installed the bed and cleared out with all the boxes and explained every functionality of the bed.
