Dreams - Mansfield Reviews 

Great in store employees who where helpful, however as I’ve already pointed out I didn’t receive the mattress protector and still haven’t, I was told by the bed delivery people that I would get this in the post? This never happened?

From arriving in the Mansfield store we felt confident that Louise was going to be pleasant and helpful. After using the technology the Dreams store has to determine the type of mattress suitable to us, personally , we tried the suggested mattresses. We didnt feel pressured at all but help and advice was given when required.

Dreams customer service was absolutely excellent. We've just moved house - the moving-in date was changed several times but the staff in Dreams (in Mansfield) literally could not have been more helpful or accommodating in changing the delivery dates and also locations.

Added to that the bed we bought is great as well.

We won't be leaving positive feedback to many of the other companies we've purchased from: Dreams have been a fantastic exception to the horrible experiences we've had with other companies.

Staff were knowledgeable polite and cheerful

First delivery did not take place because of a problem with your computer.subsequent delivery went according to plan but delay on original delivery is not acceptable as I am registered severely sighted and blind in addition to having mobility issues, hence the need for the electrically operated bed.However the delivery/assembly guys were first lass and reassuring.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Was able to try the mattress I had identified online. Rav particularly went out of his way to be attentive but not pushy. Also offer was seen online was applied in store without question. Excellent experience

Happy with the service in store and the guys who delivered n assembled the bed were polite, considerate and cheerful. Bed comfy too 😃

Helpful and informative staff not pressurised into a quick decision

Great service, friendly staff made it very easy to get the bed and matress we wanted. The sale advisor was patient and knowledgeable and we never felt pressurised at any point to close any deal. All in all a great experience and we would definatley recommend to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

Good experience from in store search for bed, mattresses and accessories.
Raj was very helpful, delivered on time and kept updated throughout the whole process.
The guy’s setting up the bed were quick and professional, didn’t make a mess. Finally I think my purchase was good value for money too

Very disappointing. First the bed was delivered - the two Delivery drivers spoke very little English. Placed the super king tv bed over the existing aerial cable.
They refused to set up any aspect of the tv or sound bar - stated it wasn’t in their contract at all.
Now don’t get me wrong but when you spend a considerable about of money on a tv bed you expect the tv to also be set up - after all it was a tv bed that was purchased. No cables and no instructions on how to connect at all.

After ringing to complain Dreams sent out someone two weeks later to look at the tv part of the bed which wasn’t working correctly or the sound bar. The guy they sent was an “upholsterer”
And knew absolutely nothing about tv beds at all. He fiddled with a few wires and went.

The tv was worse than ever before. Sound bar crackled and tv didn’t function correctly

Again left to our own devices to google how to connect with the tv and sound bar.

Is this acceptable after purchasing such an expensive tv bed ???
You tell me.

My advice buy elsewhere !!!

UPDATE
Even after complaining and speaking to customer services still the same problem exists. To use the tv on the bed you need 3 remotes. 1. To pull the tv up. 2. To turn it in. Then to turn it over to input as it only saves on a live tv input. 3. To put into sky.
There is no facility to switch tv on with sky.
No one ever wants to help !

Perfect & professional in branch. Bed is just what I needed for comfort and storage. Looks just fabulous

I don't normally like being approached in a store, but when I was asked if I'd heard about the "Sleepmatch" service and I replied no, I was so pleased I was asked if I'd like to try it! It really was like something out of this world, and it could even be programmed with your sleeping difficulties, etc so when you lie on it, you can literally feel it assessing and moving to the shape of your body! After the assessment, the Sleep Expert who helped us, took us straight to 2 suggested mattresses and I'm pleased to say we purchased one of them!

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales advisor very good, kept informed of everything through to delivery coming on time.

The service received from walking in to the store and meeting Claire, to receiving the goods has been faultless! Highly recommend Dreams!

Didn’t want a fuse in the shop, got just what we wanted. Polite and efficient service. Delivery men were polite & engaging. Moved pictures to ensure nothing got broken. Most importantly the bed is perfect and super nights sleep for us both. 10 out of 10 Dreams. Thank you.

Plenty of choice and no pressure to buy, staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to purchase and delivery was great.
