No messing around ordered on line was delivered on day they said polite delivery quys and bed and mattress are well made good quality

Good advice in shop,time spent listening to my specific back concerns. Delivered within the 2 hour timeslot,the most comfortable mattress I've ever had! Don't want to leave the comfort in the morning.

The sales man was amazing and so helpful we were a little nervous about if the mattress would deliver it did the delivery drivers were lovely helpful they loved a cuppa while they built the bed

What a dream. We’ve had a very agonising 12 months with faulty mattresses from Simba. We chose Dreams to buy a new Mattress.whata different experience. The Staff at Dreams Bolton were fantastic and the Mattress is a real Dream. We are sleeping soundly each night so far and are delighted with our ourchase

Welcomed to the store and did a bed test and guided us around options available. Purchased a tempur (wohoo) and delivery was seamless, kept us informed and the guys were very friendly and efficient. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service.

From walking into store to actual delivery was a very pleasant experience. No hard sell just lots of good advise from very friendly & helpful staff. When delivery day came, driver rang when only few minutes away. Then when they arrived, before coming into the house all 3 of them placed protective covers over their shoes & showed me their ID. Between them they had set up my new bed exactly where I wanted it in no time at all, taking great care not to scratch or damage anything in the process, & as it was an adjustable bed, then gave me a full demonstration of how everything worked, making sure I was completely satisfied before leaving, having taken all unwanted packaging with them. At all times they were all very respectful & extremely helpful. Would Very highly recommend.

Great experience in the middlebrook store, we were there over 2 hours and was taken care of every step of the way, we didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and we were offered drinks multiple times and the sales agent checked in on us to see how we were doing and if we had any additional questions

Well trained staff, excellent customer service, quality products and variety

Great electric bed but the delivery service was very poor. We paid extra for the bed to be installed and a demonstration of the controls - bed installed but the delivery guys were curt and of no help. no demonstration of how to use it so a ridiculous waste of money, not to mention that my mum was upset by the experience.

Delivered on time and with courtesy the salesperson explained everything about the item we bought

Everything went very smoothly from ordering to delivery. Very informative when buying bed and very quick assembly when bed was delivered.
