Reception at the shop in Elk Mill, Royton was professional and friendly. A "hello", quick chat then left alone to browse. Taken through the bed machine to calibrate a short list and then a very easy ordering process once choice was made. Excellent communication skills by all staff, and stated delivery times were accurate. Delivery guys were courteous and walked the route before committing to the delivery. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this company. 10/10. And the mattress selected has been perfect and we never knew how knackered the old one was!!!

We attended the store Oldham Elkmill and Sue and the team were great! So approachable and was attentive in helping us with our order. This is the second bed we have bought from Dreams as we needed to change the style and cannot fault them. Sue was brilliant with her knowledge. The delivery team were just as brilliant such respect when they were in the house and they built the bed for us and again their knowledge and approachable attitude made everything run so smoothly. Such a nice overall team of people. Well done Dreams!

Lovely high mattress quick delivery

Absolutely love our king size bed from Dreams UK! Super comfy, sturdy, and looks amazing in the bedroom. Delivery and setup were smooth, and we’ve been sleeping so much better since it arrived. Highly recommend!

Delivered on time put together as requested. Took rubbish very pleasant and polite wore protective shoes. The bed is as ordered and as of yet comfortable so pleased

I recently visited the Dreams store at Elk Mill Shopping Park in Oldham and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I went in not entirely sure what I needed, but left feeling completely confident in my purchase — and that’s entirely down to one person: Mohit

We had a great experience with Dreams, staff were friendly and helpful (especially Robyn & Alex). We managed to find a mattress that suited us in no time 👍

From walking into the store to delivery, Dreams offers an excellent service. Without exception, the team is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the range of products. There is plenty of choice at a range of prices. We have used this store before, and you are never pressured into a purchase. Delivery is on time and the delivery team respect your home and are a credit to the company.

Alex at Dreams Elk Mill was the best sales assistant I’ve dealt with in years. Knowledgable, patient, helpful and understanding. I was given plenty of time to choose and appreciated his honest unpushy approach. Looking forward to receiving my mattress.

I went with my daughter to choose a mattress for me There was no pressure in choosing my mattress and we had a look at all the mattress We then asked a sales assistant who was called Robyn for some help. She asked would I like to use the digital system where I lie on the bed attached to the bed. I did and the machine indicated the mattress for me was a medium mattress
She did not pressure us We chose one and Robyn processed the sale
