I haven’t purchased a bed from you. I ordered a bedside cabinet.
I’m very pleased with my purchase. It’s well made n had a lovely finish to the top.
It arrived , very well packaged, so no risk of damage.

Really helpful staff no pressure to buy.

I’m a no mess woman and can not be doing with a sales pitch. I visited Oldham Dreams on 31 st July 2025. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Alex. He was pleasant and read me straight away. I told him I would come find him if I needed him. I had a browse around with my Mum in law then called him over. Within half an hour I had bought a gorgeous bed, mattress and bedding box. Alex was superb he explained everything to me and made us feel relaxed and welcome. We were offered a drink, tried pillows and offered to try the sleep match machine. I didn’t need the match machine I just had a good bounce on the beds to decide my choice. I would like to thank Alex for his kind approach to us and for his guidance with my sale.

Helpful and friendly staff, including they delivery team. In the store, they allow you to test mattresses with the upmost patience and consideration. The delivery team are precise and clear with the instructions. Now, I’m sorry that I couldn’t leave a review sooner, as there was an issue with my bedframe which delayed everything, especially getting the mattress unpackaged and trialled out. But, at long last I can finally say that the Therapur actigel mattress is great. The memory foam makes it much better than my old mattress, and it feels all the more comfortable, and cooler, with the combination of a faux satin bedsheet. Can’t go wrong. If I need another mattress again, Dreams will be the ideal shop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From first visiting the showroom to this point in time (approximately six weeks from delivery) we cannot fault Dreams. From the initial contact with the young lady in the showroom who was very patient, knowledgeable and professional to the installation team who were also very patient, knowledgeable and professional. We have waited the six weeks to ensure that the review would be factual, the bed has proven to be all that was promised.

The staff gave us a friendly welcome on entry to the store. When we explained what we were looking for we were first advised to use the sleepmatch to help us select the perfect mattress for us then we were shown a variety of beds to try which were tailored to our needs. We were also offered a drink on arrival and during our ordering.

The retail assistant was extremely helpful and courteous. The delivery of my new mattress and removal of my old mattress went very smoothly and to the allotted time slot.

Helpful store staff with lots of advice. Ordered bed and delivered on chosen date with plenty of communication. No problems at all

The sales woman had good technical knowledge of the products on offer and was courteous, patient and friendly. Overall the retail experience was a pleasurable one and my new mattress and pillow combination are all I hoped for.

Don't waste your time getting insurance they use any excuse to get out of it. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Mattress is very comfortable so far

The mattress bought is great and no problems with delivery and taking the old mattress away. The new mattress is sprayed with some fire resistance chemical and I am still finding it difficult to get rid of the smell. Otherwise everything was great.

We were very impressed with the sales assistant Julie in the Oldham Store, she was very helpful without being pushy which is just what we wanted. We were happy with the service from start to finish.

We had an issue with the delivery & are waiting for a delivery refund & also one of the drawers is damaged we reported this early last week & are still waiting to be told when both of the problems will be resolved please
