my experience, with Shaqill and Carol in the store showing patience and making sure I got the right mattress for me very helpful, The 2 guys who delivered the bed ,Marcus and James went above and beyond with a difficult job ,spiral staircase and tight spaces with a King size bed!!

Very knowledgeable sales lady in the Preston store. Made selecting the right bed and mattress combination very straightforward. The order placed, day of delivery and fitting up selected. We were kept well informed of the actual time of arrival on the day. Arrived on time and efficiently set everything up within the hour. Could not fault Taylor, the sales lady or the delivery team.

Outstanding service from walking through the door to delivery, can't fault the service and price. Love the new mattress and pillows.

His name is Shaquille and is a credit to your company. Shaquille was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite and a breeze to do business with. He helped us all the way through with the buying process.

From the initial greeting in the shop, right up to the delivery and installation, we bought a bed that really suited us.
We were offered a brew. We had a mattress test. We had various options offered up for discussion. We feel we've made an informed choice. And reader, it works! My sleep has improved, and my wife's certainly has.

Service was excellent in the showroom from Carol (think that was her name?). She gave us time to think and showed us different options. She advised us on the measurements etc, as Mum was having difficulty getting out of her own bed at home. The delivery men were efficient and very friendly. New mattress is really comfortable. I would recommend to others.

Bought a sprung mattress in the sale from dreams and I can only say its heaven. I had a mattress that I'd previously bought online and I can't tell you the difference it's made. no more back pain. Thanks Dreams

The mattress we bought from Dreams is great as was the customer service, both at the store and also the delivery men.

The shop assistant was very informative , she listened to our needs , and she knew exactly which mattress would suit us best , she was patient and very helpful , even telling us about the blue light discount !

The assistant in branch was extremely helpful and helped us to choose the right bed and mattress we needed. He explained everything and got us booked in for delivery once we were completely happy. He was very friendly and easy to talk with.
The delivery guys were great and really courteous and polite.

Delivered the goods on time and delivery team were very friendly. Staff in the store didn't try and up sell, looked for the best product within my budget. Absolutely can't fault them and the bed looks amazing
