Excellent service, both in the shop and also the delivery.

The staff was so lovely at the preston branch, supported us all through our visit and explained the different options available. She was very nice and good customer service. The bed came early and was easy to assemble with me and my partner.

I’m really happy with my purchase from Dreams. The bed is super comfortable, and I’ve been sleeping better since it arrived. The staff were helpful, and the delivery was smooth and on time. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend Dreams!

From entering the store and being shown the equipment that assesses how you sleep, to being directed to the perfect mattress and left to ponder and discuss. Absolutely no hard sell here and a fantastic experience throughout by Carol.

The whole bed and mattress were delivered on the exact date we required and assembled impeccably, shoe coverings used to not mark the carpets, advised regarding possible issues with pictures on the wall whilst transporting and extremely polite and helpful delivery lads.

The bed is AMAZING and the mattress is literally a DREAM ( sorry for the pun).

Overall I would say a 5 Star Service but honestly, they deserve that extra star so it’s a 6 Star service from me.

We are still getting used to it so can't give 5 stars but service in shop and delivery were 5 star

The mattress faulty and lumpy and has left sores on my bottom. Got 2 buses back to preston store with photos of mattress and a male worker called luke said it was faulty but did not offer a solution other than an alternative mattress in the shop but loosing 8 year warranty, but I did not want the shop mattress as that looked bent etc, so to get same mattress from factory had to pay a further 450 pounds. Not good that. Also he said he would ring me the next day, Saturday 17th August after speaking to his manager to see if they could help with a topper until other mattress comes, yet no phone call. Have used dreams before and been OK but feel let down this time especially as they knew I had major spinal problems and was desperate for a good night's sleep and yet delivered a lumpy, saggy very uncomfortable mattress and then paying a further 450 for another one. Not good at all, won't use them again and now sleeping on settee. Hoping next mattress will not be any of the above.

Ordered a bed and it came within a week, about a week later customer service emailed me to see if i was happy with the bed, the bed is perfect but the slats wasnt , replied to the email baout the slats and they arrange for the slats to be changed, couldnt fault them with the customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
