Dreams - Redditch Reviews 

So, have had really uncomfortable sleep on my new Tempur mattress - I hate it! But Dreams have a replacement mattress option for such a situation. Went to see them today and I wil.l have a new mattress shortly, one that moves when I do!!! Very impress with Dreams and their team. Thank you

Great member of staff helped us choose a new mattress. Taking us around and trying different ones until we came to a decision as to which one to buy.

The delivery chaps were superb too.

Walked into Dreams in Redditch,and felt welcomed straight away.... with a decent cup of coffee from Geoff.. and with staff who wasn't pushy at all. They listened to what I wanted..and had my assessment on the sleepmachine,and the deal I got was pretty impressive. Delivered fairly quick too. Overall... I was happy with my purchase and would recommend Dreams in Redditch to anyone.

How good the staff are at knowing their product and very friendly and always offer tea or coffee. Also no pressure is given and they approach and say call us if you need us.

Brought a bed and a mattress from dreams. Completed the tempur sleep test, received good advice and was able to test many mattresses.

Geoff at Dreams Redditch was amazing. His exceptional customer service and knowledge of products made finding a new mattress very easy.

We arrived at the Redditch store and were greeted with a smile from Nichola. We browsed the store without being pressured by anyone then were invited to try the sleep monitor by Nichola which gave a print out of the type of mattress that suited us. ( a great invention that is).

I can honestly say we were looked after by all the staff at the store from start to finish. They were friendly, chatty and knew what they were talking about, to enable us to get the right product that suited our needs. We were even offered drinks which was another real surprise.

Nothing was too much trouble and Nichola was exceptional, her knowledge of the products and customer care/ service was second to none.

We would certainly recommend Dreams to family and friends, they made the whole experience easy, affordable and pleasant.

Good selection of beds, mattresses, headboards, & other products on sale.
Helpful staff, who were very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy.

Really comfortable bed, great nights sleep. The good advise in store has given us the right bed for us. Only one minor downside the super king size ottoman base is very heavy to open due mainly to the top quality mattress we decided on.

The staff in the store were friendly and helpful, they even made us a hot drink. Our delivery arrived when it should, we received an email, and a text confirming the date and time of delivery. The driver phoned to let us know he was on his way.
