Mattress purchase
Helpful salesman. Did not rush or press us to buy. He explained what we needed fully. Delivery was on time. However did think after paying over £2000 for 2 mattresses having to pay £40 to have old single mattresses taken away was quite excessive.

I had recently purchased a double mattress and was served by a very polite, knowledgeable but not pushy sales assistant. I returned one week later to purchase a single mattress and was served by the same assistant who equally as professional as he was on my first visit.

I spent £1000 in dreams and they give me a parking ticket
I come in your store and spent £1000 on one mattress and got a parking ticket. The ticket is now in dispute for the second time after they told me they will not cancel the ticket I will never shop in dreams again

Whilst I understand your frustration, the car park and associated rules and conditions, are overseen by the landlord of the retail estate, and as such Dreams have no control over this. I am afraid it is not possible for Dreams to intervene on this matter, and you would need to take the matter up with the parking company directly.

The mattress that I saw in the show…
The mattress that I saw in the show room is not the correct quality that I have received. The top layer is different on both sides and not fluffy like what I had seen in the showroom and hence this is making me go for a different mattress. The worry is what if the same thing happens again??? I have never been this disappointed and will be going on social media about this experience.
