From first going into the shop, the help advice, courtesy and friendliness shown through to the delivery and installation were 100%. I am highly delighted with my purchase and would recommend to others. Another plus is that the products are UK, Yorkshire made.

Buying a mattress, without Nightmares
I am partially sighted, bad back, basically falling to bits! I went to the dreams shop on a friends recommendation. I was greeted with a smile, and asked if I needed any help, they were there for me. I told them of my needs and was taken to a machine that works out my options. I tested all of the mattresses and chose my best fit. I explained I needed it desperately, and the staff worked their magic! I was kept informed of my delivery date and given calls on the day with timings. The mattress was put in place and advice was given. Fantastic service, the whole process, from state to finish ‘Went like a Dream’

Thank you for getting the delivery on time for the cupboards. But we also brought a TV bed and the main feature isn't working :( so not so happy.

Dreams turned into Nightmare
By far the worst experience I've ever had buying a mattress. The £429 mattress that I bought is at best worth £100. What a pile of junk. I only slept on it for one night and it was already sagging in the morning. God only knows what it would have looked liked after a month. Over priced junk.

A new bed and mattress
I'd seen a bed and mattress on the Dreams website and decided to have a look at both in person. A nice store, very clean a huge array of products. Within a few minutes a member of staff helped me find what I was looking for, offered me a pillow to use when trying out the mattresses, was attentive, knowledgeable and very polite. I was shown how some electronic features worked on certain beds. All my questions and concerns were answered and put my mind at ease. I was even offered a drink while I was purchasing the products. So got what I came for with the addition of a brilliant experience, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. On-time delivery
We were placing a discounted order in the shop a week ago where a staff offered us a much better discount they just happened to have. We had a happy deal. A couple of days after that we rescheduled the delivery date because we were moving home unexpectedly and their staff sorted everything for us. Definitely recommend Dreams.

When I went into your Sheffield branch last month to buy a bed the young woman who dealt with me was really friendly and helpful. I knew which bed I wanted, but she showed me the different colours available and helped me with the choice of mattress. The paperwork and payment was very quick and efficient and I was very happy with the service.

Best beds
Really lovely staff and so very helpful. Gave me a pillow and showed me lots of mattresses I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Remembered me when I went back a month later to purchase the mattress.
They made me feel so relaxed and comfortable as it’s a bit daunting lying on a bed in front of people seeing if it’s comfortable!! Unnerving but the manager Bev made me feel at ease. Thank you.
Purchasing it was a doddle and the delivery men were so nice and helpful and took their time. Just like the staff did.
I have used them before and I will buy from them again.
Having such good sleep now. Thanks Dreams.

One our visit to the dream store in Sheffield we were greeted by Paula who was very knowledgeable about the product that we were enquiring over.
She gave us a full appraisal of all the products available that were suitable for our needs. we were left to discuss the information that was provided without any pressure from her which sometimes occurs in other stores.
