This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, supported all the way by friendly staff. The ability to have our bodies checked and what the needs are, what supported was needed.
Delivery was on time, carefully put up in the bedroom. Cannot thank Dream's enough.

We had a excellent visit to the store
We had a excellent visit to the store, we didn't know what we wanted from either bed or matress but spent some time with Kevin who was the nicest sales person I've ever met. He was understanding, explained everything in detail and I couldn't recommend him enough.
We ended up buying TV bed, matress and bedside tables and couldn't have asked for a better service.

DO NOT USE. I PURCHASED A BED FROM DREAMS COSTING OVER 2K. I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IT ASSEMBLED HOWEVER I WAS OUT THE COUNTRY WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED.
RECENTLY I LIFTED THE MATTRESS AND NOTICED RED AND BLACK MARKS ALL ON THE BOTTOM. I CONTACTED DREAMS TO SAY THIS IS WHAT I NOTICED. THEY THEN ADVISED THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OVER TO HAVE A LOOK. AN INSPECTION WAS DONE AND WAS TOLD IT LOOKED LIKE MOLD SPOTS HOWEVER THERES NO MOLD AT ALL IN THE ROOM WHICH HE SAID WAS ODD AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW IT WOULD HAVE GOT THERE.
I THEN CONTACT DREAMS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY AS ITS DUE TO MOLD.
FIRST QUESTION IF ITS MOLD WHY IS IT ONLY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BED AND WHY IS THERE RED MARKS AS WELL AS BLACK.
WHY IS THE MOLD ON THE BOTTOM IF THE MATRESS AND NO WHERE ELSE IN THE ROOM.
WAS A SECOND HAND MATRESS GIVEN TO ME.
I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.

Good afternoon
I have taken the opportunity to review your order, and while I am sorry that you are so disappointed with the service you say you have received, I thought it would be useful to clarify one or two points.
Your mattress was ordered separately from your bed frame and was well under half the price you have set out in your review. This was delivered to you almost a year ago and you did not report the marks to us until three days ago.
I also note that one of our crews inspected both your bed and mattress in August last year as you wanted us the confirm that the dimensions were correct. They were, and there was no report of marks on your mattress at that time.
Mould is an environmental issue. The spores are universal and just need the right conditions to germinate. The crucial environmental space is between the base of the mattress and the top of the bed frame. The technician that visited to inspect your mattress a day or so ago, is independent and followed strict mould-related protocols. He determined that Dreams was not responsible for the mould nor the conditions that encouraged the germination.
I note that you wish to take the matter further, so I will separately send you the details of our complaints handling process, which includes, as a final step, ADR through the Furniture Ombudsman.
