Excellent service from start to finish

Mattress purchase and delivery
Our mattress arrived as arranged and the men took it upstairs, took off the plastic and put it in place. Very good service from the delivery people. I had chosen a mattress in store on offer but when I went in next day to place the order it had been put back to full price. The staff didn’t warn me that a price changeover was due so I had to choose again

Great experience
Great experience, sales assistant listened and helped me find a mattress to meet my needs. She put me onto the sleep simulator and went through various mattresses with me. She was patient and really helpful and even helped me carry the duvet and mattress protector to the car! Delivery team were great, on time, courteous and professional. I dont have any complaints and would 100% recommend to family and friends!

Excellent in shop support to make the best choice.
Delivery arrangements were simple. Delivery team were helpful and pleasant.
The mattress is magnificent!
It has taken a couple of weeks to adjust to the sensation of sleeping on a memory foam bed, but the experience is outstanding.
Shoulder pains and lower back issues, from previous mattress are fixed. Both of us are feeling physically better, as a direct result of our Tempur pillows and mattress.

The store staff was really helpful, I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but the computerised mattress and service in showing us around really made it easy to settle on what we needed and wanted.
There was no pressure and the sale was comfortable, the delivery was on time and the assembly team were brilliant.
