The assistant in the store was very helpful. There was a good range of mattresses at different price points and features. Ordering and delivery service was excellent.

Very helpful very efficient

We bought Ealing Ottoman Double Bed recently when they were on sale and we are very happy with the product itself and satisfied with the delivery team. The product is of high quality and easy to self assemble. The delivery team is organised, delivered product on time and provided us with assembly tips. Also, the delivery team wore shoe covers when walking in our house and upstairs to make sure no dirt made indoors. I would recommend my friends and connections to make purchase with Dreams.

I must commend the customer service team for their exceptional service. Despite my early arrival at 9:30 am, unaware of their 10 am opening time, the manager graciously opened the doors and assisted me promptly—an unexpectedly accommodating gesture that truly made a positive impression. Their approach wasn't centered on pushy sales tactics but on understanding their products and attentively meeting my needs.

Great customer service to replace faulty mattress

To whom it may concern,
I bought a mattress from you on 18th Feb 2022.
I had several uncomfortable nights in the beginning sleeping alone but was told the bed takes time to settle so assumed that was the problem. I had already been through a nightmare with a previous mattress and was ill at the time and couldn't cope with going through the procedure all over again.
Since then I got another second hand mattress for a while since the one I bought from you was so uncomfortable and I couldn't afford to spend any more on a bed that wasn't right. The one I bought from you sat unused in my spare room for the best part of a year. Since summer me and my partner have needed to use the bed I bought from you and it has been so uncomfortable with two of us in it that my partner has had to sleep seperate to me now and he isn't heavy either. We even tried a topper but it hasn't made any difference.
I am very upset about this because the bed wasn't cheap, its only 19 months old and even though I rotated it weekly at first and then regularly as advised, it has dips in it already and even sleeping in it on my own is uncomfortable. I woke up this morning with bad back ache and I am extremely unsatisfied and at my whits end. Considering a bed should be an investment and surely last a minimum of 5 years. This mattress was recommended to me for my size and weight, it has not had a lot of use like I said. I am going to have to buy yet another bed but I must say my experience with this one has put me off buying from you in future.
It is unacceptable. I have already put in a complaint on your website but got no confirmation email. This unacceptable.
