Excellent customer service
Scott & Baz were beyond helpful, explaining the benefits to each mattress and recommending ones within our budget - Scott took all the time to help us choose the best one for us. We chose to purchase pillows & and duvet too. Scott contacted me to discuss delivery and made it clear and to fit around my times. Definitely recommend them both to help you choose your perfect mattress!!

AT LAST A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP
when it was time to buy a new mattress we decided to try Dreams the staff we're excellent we tried the computer test and i did not think it would make any difference but it chose the correct bed for us and at last i can get some good sleep the DREAM SHOP WAS EXCELLENT thankyou

We purchased a new bed for our new home…
We purchased a new bed for our new home - but completion was delayed. The Dreams store in Shrewsbury held on to our purchase and worked with us on a delivery date for as soon as we moved in. The guys who assembled the bed in situ were great too.

The service we received was very professional,left us alone to make up our minds,and when we wanted help and advice they were there,as we looked at different beds.The after service and call back after we had purchased was excellent,also the delivery men were very fast polite and efficient.This was a second purchase at this branch as we had also bought a new bed ,mattress and head board last year.

Staff were very helpful when selecting the mattress.
Delivery was when stated. The delivery men were very efficient removing the old mattress and placing the new mattress on the bed.
The mattress is very comfortable and I have been sleeping very well.

First Class Service
Liz, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful. She gave us exactly the kind of advice and time we needed and was friendly and engaging throughout the process. This was a delightful customer experience rarely experienced and was the desiding factor when we opted to buy from Dreams. We're delighted with our purchase. The mattres was delivered as promised. We would happily recommend Dreams if all of the staff provide this level of service.

Run for the hills absolute diabolical company
Ordered a bed and mattress end of July they gave me a delivery date on the 2nd September two days before delivery they cancelled the delivery date .we had taken time of work for this date.
Second date 2nd of October that was cancelled the third date was the 11 of November that's when we cancelled our order
WILL NEVER SHOP AT DREAMS AGAIN

Price maze
I bought a Lucia bedframe and Prescott mattress and am relatively happy with both products. The bedframe is larger than anticipated because of the "sleigh" style. The mattress (2 weeks later) has finally thrown off its chemical pong 😷
What I'm disappointed by is the pricing system.
After ordering, the mattress went down by £300, Dreams said they would refund the difference (they did and I'm grateful) but I was 33rd in the customer service queue and waited 50 minutes to speak to an advisor. Just for info everyone, Dreams will release special price offers on Wednesday morning and raise prices again by next Tuesday. If you're prepared to play the system you might get a bargain 🙂

The mattress you have contains materials that were put together to build the mattress but once in the mattress, the protective packaging is wrapped onto the mattress. As such, the mattress may omit a smell and only those with heightened and strong sensitivity to smell may notice this.
