STORE ASSISTANT WAS PERFECTLY CHARMING AND EASY TO DEAL WITH, WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED SO THE DEAL WAS DONE. DELEIVERY TOOK PLACE A FEW DAYS LATER, TWO GUYS ARRIVED (BROTHERS) THEY WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT AND DELIVERY WENT WITHOUT A HITCH.

Had the bunk and 2 mattresses delivered…
Had the bunk and 2 mattresses delivered just now. The delivery guy was leaving the bunk in the porch. I asked him to take it upstairs as the lady at dreams told me they would take it upstairs. He said no as I didn’t pay extra so he’s obliged to leave it at the door. I asked him if he can bring it in near the stairs so it’s inside. He goes no as it won’t fit there I said it would so then he did. He went back for the 2 mattresses and put them on top of my storage heater in the hall. I asked him if he can move it to the living room which is next to the hall as it’s a fire hazard to leave on top of the storage heater. He goes no and shouted at me as I said I will complain about him and said he’ll leave it in porch then. So he aggressively takes one of the mattresses and puts in in the porch. So now I can’t close the door. I have a very narrow hall, one mattress leaning on the storage heater and the other is in the porch so there’s no room to move. He left them like that and left. As he left he shouts and says stuff in a different language (basically swearing at me). I’m so shaken up at this point as I’m home alone
I have 3 kids, 2 have autism and adhd my husband is a taxi driver so not around as he’s on a long job. How am I suppose to shut the door and get the kids from school etc? Is this customer service??? I am very disappointed and not sure I’d want to deal with dreams in future when they have people like that working for them !!!! The driver name on my text and email was Miguel.

Excellent service from Brandon
Excellent service from Brandon, Southampton Branch and all the team. Appreciated Brandon knowledge and excellent customer service.
The staff had an excellent friendly manner, and nothing was too much for them.
We were extremely well looked after and non of them were pushy.
Highly recommend and would go back there.

Great service friendly staff
Mattress wouldn’t go up the stairway first time and it was left downstairs to “warm up” and within 24 hours new crew arrived and took it upstairs (super king so we couldn’t move ourselves). All delivery crew delightful. Friendly and informative

Great Customer Service All Around…
The two people we spoke to in-store were great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly as their systems were down at the time, they still managed to get our order and finance processed.
The delivery people were also amazing. Despite our room not quite being ready yet so the bed couldn't be put together. They showed us how it would all go together and saved us the fee.
