Daniel was really helpful, he made buying a mattress a really enjoyable experience 😊

We were greeted as soon as we arrived in store. Very helpful store assistant who explained the process of trying to find the right mattress for us. We were offered coffee and a choice of pillows as we tried different options. Would highly recommend.

Daniel was very attentive, listening to our needs and completely devoted his time to us with patience. We came away very satisfied customers.

Do not buy from these charlatans!!! I ordered Two beds, mattresses and headboards at a cost of £2933.50 .waited 6 weeks for delivery only to be telephoned (after receiving a text to say they were coming )two days before they were due to say they would not be coming for another 4 weeks.Obviously I had removed both of the beds ready for the new one’s as they were to arrive on the Monday and this was the Saturday and I was sleeping on the sofa . I told them to cancel as I needed a two beds as soon as possible.At this point I am still waiting for my refund two weeks later. I managed to get two beds from an independent retailer delivered and fitted in 7 days .Why do Dreams take 10 weeks to deliver when an independent can deliver in 7 days ?

So much more comfortable than old mattress and sleeping so much better now except heat lol but no bad back in morning

Had a great experience. We bought a mattress, it was available a lot quicker than our original enquiry when choosing what we wanted, which was fantastic. Ordering was a straightforward process, handled politely and efficiently. The delivery team were exceptional (shoutout to Kieran and Drew). They checked in house access, removed our old mattress quickly and brought in the new one to exactly where we wanted it. They were polite and respectful, in and out in no time at all. We bought the sleepeezee Kennington which is so comfortable, no more bad backs. Wish I'd done it years ago. Dreams West Swindon were brilliant!

Good experience all round. Service in the shop was very friendly and helpful. Delivery date sorted easily and the delivery was on time with good communication from the driver on the day to confirm time slot. Headboard is very comfortable and we are very happy with the product.

A very nice young man who name was Keater,
Came and asked us if he could help us with anything.
This young man was so very helpful about the bed base and headboard, and draws under the bed.Showing us a range of different beds for us to look at. Different colours in headboard and bases.
Keater offers us a drink. Left us to look around, but said just call him over if we needed any other help. Nothing was too much trouble to help us and answer our questions.
Need to sort out which colour go bed base goes in our bedroom. Then we be back to see you Keater

From entering the store I was welcomed and when I said I wanted a mattress I was taken to a computerised model that measured my body contours , and all sorts of things.
From the results four mattresses were selected for me to choose from and after trying all four , I found it easy to make my decision!
The experience was great insofar as most of the decision making was done for me.
I have had the mattress ten days now and I love it!

I was very happy with my experience here. Josh helped us pick out the perfect mattress for us and I could not fault him. He was kind and charismatic. We never felt pushed or forced into any direction. The store itself was clean and inviting. All the employees including the manager were extremely helpful. I came into the store just to see our options but left with a brand new mattress and a smile
