Everything went well with delivery, apart from the early time which could have meant that I was out at the time.
Everything went well with delivery, apart from the fact that the delivery van turned up exactly 1 hour early. Both the txts I received stated delivery would be between 10.30 and 12.30 but it was in fact 9.30.
Otherwise, no problems, the mattress is exactly as we expected it to be.

Great service and delivery. Melvin in store was fantastic and quick turn around delivery was one week after ordering. Delivery crew were polite and professional happy with the service and price all round.

Made very welcome at the showroom. Very knowledgeable and the quality beds made our purchase efficient and straight forwardwithdelvery a couple of days later.
Delivery was punctual and again very efficient. The delivery team reinforced their guarantee and provided good information regarding care of mattress.

Great and a great nights sleep
The experience of buying a bed and mattress at the Wakefield store was very positive. We were offered drinks and biscuits and the sales really helped us to choose the right mattresses. Delivery was also really straight forward. We arranged the date and was given an approximate time. On the day the delivery team phoned and were bang on time. Great service all round
