Very helpful store with excellent products and staff who knew the products and offered to help

Very happy whith my new bed and mattress service was amazing would recommend to all the public delivered on time and nice friendly men who put the bed together.

From the beginning ..entering the store , we were approached by a friendly sales person ..not pushy ..very helpful and informative.
Agreed delivery time for my purchase and that went very smoothly with the driver keeping me informed.
He was very polite, respectful and friendly.

I have purchased a bed through Dreams before and never had an issue.

However this time I found myself very disappointed in their customer services at the Watford branch. I was given conflicting information about discounts on the mattress. They told me to pay a deposit and then wait until the bank holiday sales incase my choice went down in price. I waited, it went down in price and then they said I already had a discount so wouldn’t get another one, he was quite rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Then my only other issue is with the finance, it wasn’t discussed or made clear about the time scales available until I went back to sort it out, it was an overnight process and seemed a lot more long winded than the previous time I have had finance with dreams and they have restricted how long you can borrow over forcing your financial payments to be what suits them and not the individual.

Additional update - 26th June.

Dreams reached out to me and reviewed my case and comments and were able to refunded me a portion of a deposit I had paid outright as I was entitled to an additional discount. Kishan who called me was very helpful and professional, he also advised he would be looking to get additional training for the staff at the branch I went to about the situation and what they can offer. This has improved my experience with Dreams.

Delivery arrived on time and the bed was installed speedily and efficiently.

Helpful from the word go. Great service up to point of delivery.

When we entered the Dreamss shop in Watford, we wre quickly greeted by Francesco. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. he present us with several options of beds and mattresses to suit our requirements. He left us to peruse these but was always on hand if we had any additional questions. he was very professional and helped us complete our order, offering us a drink whilst doing so. I would highly recommend.

Ease of purchase at the shop, salesman has great knockledge, delivery on time and great driver and mate, beds bed ever so comfortable

Couldn't fault Dreams. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Allowed us to try as many products as we wanted. Had a second visit just to make sure we were buying the right mattress. Ordered in store, choose date for delivery came when said with plenty of updates of arrival. Recommend store.

My new mattress,I am a big lady,I could feel the springs,maybe because it’s new,maybe not.

Very pleasent consultants in the showroom, fast and easy checkout, pretty quick production time and timely delivery!

The Blank box I got with in one day it would not shut and now the hinge has broken.
I phone and phone and phone, no one picks up.
I have had it one week from the 14/03/2025.
wont go back as I spent over £3,000 on a 2 beds as well.

On advice with what was suitable for me !excellent help thrilled with having the drawers under the bed,giving me extra space , for a small flat .

Great experience at the shop the salesman was really good. I feel that I walked away with very good deal.

We were given a well welcome, offered chocolate teas based on our preference and given enough time to look for a bed we wanted.

Excellent Service. Professional, Understood our needs and provided options for us that fall within those needs and budget. Second time we have purchased goods and Mustafa the Manager remains one of the best in the business, and Shahid who managed us was as professional and excellent and ensured all that we wanted was delivered. Delivery team were on time, communicative and clean and tidy in the set up and clearance. An excellent branch with excellent staff and led by an excellent Branch Manager(Mustafa). Will continue to come to Dreams Watford for any future purchases and would recommend to all my friends, thank you.
