My husband and i went to the dreams store in wrexham from the moment we went through the door we experienced lots of help and advice we ordered paid and the delivery went like clockwork date and time perfect and helpful polite delivery team who thoughtfully wore protective shoe covers to enter the house, all in all an excellent experience we would truly recommend dreams to anybody buying a bed or a mattress

I am overall happy with my purchase. The mattress I chose is of a good quality and comfortable. The only point I would like to make that could be improved on is the delivery experience. If any customer has the slightest physical health issues, it would be a struggle to remove the plastic. Plus there were no instructions at all regarding assembly in the bag of fittings, you were left to figure out. I am fortunate enough to have internet access and was able to Google how to fit the base together. Not everyone can do this and not everyone can call on someone to do it for them. A simple instruction diagram in the bag of fittings would have saved a lot of time.

Very easy to view product instore, purchase was simple and fast, delivery very speedy and excellent communication up until the arrival even a phone call from the driver.

Great service from Michele in Wrexham store. No pressure sale and she took her time to ensure we purchased a mattress which was the best for us. Felt prices in store were reasonable and great choice of mattress to try. For a small charge £45 old mattress can be taken away and recycled. Would recommend Dreams

We stopped in at Dreams after I woke up with a bad back due to our old mattress, and we were greeted by Sarah who helped us to choose a new mattress and bed within a hour, with no pressure which made the buying process enjoyable. Sarah was friendly and really informative.

We had looked around for a new bed before we visited Dreams without much success. The salesman at the Wrexham store we saw was excellent gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. The choice is very good and covers all budgets. A really positive experience.

1st class service and knowledge by Jeff in Wrexham store. Not pushy as some stores can be, he listened to our needs and suggested a few mattresses and one we felt would be perfect in aiding sleep and in cost was bought. We will be returning for other beds in the house.

We were well pleased by the helpfulness and respect shown by the young man at our initial visit and also by the young woman we met when we confirmed our order.
