BEWARE! SCAM ALERT!!! This company is luring customers by advertising multiple discounts and offers but is NOT DELIVERING the items ordered. To add salt to injury, they send fake confirmation that the project has been delivered, enjoy your product etc. - while the truth is they have looted your money and not delivered the item. If you write to their customer care, there is no reponse for months on end.

I paid with paypall because of some negativecreviews, but item was just as descriped, shipped on time, so perfectly happy.

This company is awful. I purchased an item on December 15th and still today January 17th have not gotten the item or a refund after contacting the company multiple times. I will never buy from them again.

I placed an order from this company. Paid for it, but got no confirmation email. I tried to call twice- within their posted hours - and the service hung up. They don’t answer their email.

Cannot get in touch with this company. I called multiple times and also send a view emails. I had a email that it would come in 1-3 days but that's more than two weeks ago. Very disappointed.

Bad contact with seller. It takes too long, I still didn't recieved my order.

I placed an order and paid but recieved no confirmation e-mail. I tried calling the customer service to check if everything went alright and got an answering machine advising me to send an email. So I did, three days ago. No reply yet.
So I'm uncertain about my order and cannot reach the company, which is very alarming to me.

Terrible customer service overall.

Cannot return an order from Belgium that has been sent in the wrong sizes, nor can I cancel another order that hasn't even been processed yet.
Don't buy from this.

Niet kopen van deze website, aanlokkelijke prijzen, maar ze pakken hun telefoon nooit op, en een bestelling die ze je in de verkeerde maten opsturen kan je niet retourneren.

At first I was very skeptical after reading negative reviews but I decided to order anyway, the delivery was not 1-3 working days but it was worth the 6 working days, very satisfied with the product, quality and price, and communication was efficient, they answered my email even though I read they wouldn't respond. I recommend this online store. Thank you

Phone cost 60cent and the only thing i hear is: "We can not answer this phonecall, send email"
What i did 4days ago.. and no answer...

And i contacted them.. bcz there is no track and trace on my order. It is like i payed.... But they send me NOTHING!!!!

Frankly speaking, initially I was in doubt about this website. However, personally I have a good experience with ordering stuff in this website for the first time. I ordered shoes on Tuesday and my order arrived at home safely on Saturday. It took around 4 days for the delivery.
