If I could place 0 stars I would, this company is a Scam. They charge you for things that are never delivered, no way to contact them. I have tried for a couple of months and my issue isn't fixed! I believe after reading last reviews, it won't! But at least I want to prevent people falling with this fake company stealing money from you!

Did not receive my refund although i received a confirmation email stating they received the item. Another placed order they sent partially I rejected at the door.
Dont order anything here! I was a loyal customer for the past years. Now they are trying to scam you by sending partial/leftover orders which they don't refund when being sent back.
They dont react to emails and phonecalls.

Stay away from this scammers, they look bankrupt!!!!!

Order before with them and all went well. However I've ordered a pair of shoes in December, because they were to small I've returned them. Got an email stating that they have received my return, however no refund till date. Client Service is unavailable, they charge 60 cents to tell you that you can only reach them by email. However by email they simply do not reply. Never again will i buy from them and advise others not to do so either.

Been a great company for years, however since a couple of months everything changed. No contact at all and failure to handle returned goods.

I ordered some shoes on 2. January but now 14 days later still no shoes. No answer to all my emails to their service desk. The phone is not picked up at all.... I ordered before and never had problems but this time it is a drama. Unless it is solved well I will never order from this company again.UPDATE 23/01: shoes arrived so 1 extra star for them. First received an email they were bankrupt and would probably be taken over by a new owner. So i thought my order would be lost but a few days later my package arrived to my big surprise. Still i would hesitate to order again. Funny enough they dont send sales Spam anymore so i think there is still quite some uncertainty about their business..

I have ordered jacket from 1.1.2024. This company Is finished? How i can get money or order? My boyfriend also waiting for refund.😡😡😡😡

I was recommended this site through a friend, so didn't think about looking into the company, until after ordering. I received my order in December and one of the items didn't fit, so I sent it back. I got a confirmation of the receipt of the item and that a refund will be made within 14 days. That was on the 12th December and I still haven't received anything. I sent them an e-mail, but just like the other reviews here, I got no answer.

I'm for several years a customer of dressforless, always good service. In december i placed an order but till now did not receive my goods nor a message from dressforless.
I sent 4 messages without getting any kind of response.
Calling a german number did not help neither.
I read on there site that they don't momentaly 4ship to the Netherlands. No reaction! I asked in a message to cancel the order and wish my money back. Still no response!!!

Received oversized item and returned. Got the confirmation on returned product and credit note email without refund..no response for email and call. Better stay away from this site.

Had to return the order . Got confirmation that it was received and it was said the money will be credited back . Had opted for Aftetpay... They haven't updated about the return hence I get notification from them with penalty for not paying . Customer care also is with no help ..have been mailing them with no response so far

Why are companies like this even allowed to operate online companies?
I did receive my order but the item was too big and returned it. Over a month has passed, having called and emailed no response. Payed by ideal with my bank and cannot retrieve my money from them. 100€ wasted. Unbelievable they can lawfully operate!

I ordered myself a hoodie by TH they deducted the money. AFTER a week then sent track&trac. No updates. They don't answer emails or phone calls;60 centers per call. 50+ euros in the toilet. Scammed. Better to go an actually buy the product from the store rather; to get something cheap that is probably fake. Had I done that I'd have the hoodie I wanted. That's what I get for trying Dress-for-Less

Order something 10 days for christmas. I send it back 5 days before Christmas. Still waiting for my Refund. What a lazy service

14 days after return was received by dress for less (13.12.2023) money was supposed to be returned. In most online stores, that would actually mean withon 5 days. Today is 7th of January and still nothing. Have written previously 2 times already to customer service and no reply. Was my first and last purchase with them. Seem a little scammy.

I’m waiting for my money for more than 1 month. Service desk does not respons to telephones and emails.

I am waiting almost 1 month for my refund from returned shoes, no money, no reaction to my emails, complete ignorance. Never anymore this webshop, stay away from it, they are scammers.😠

Istg I’m a real customer and i am writting this just to confirm to other people who read the comments and worried. I ordered first and then saw the reviews so i was always scared of what bad thing might happen from lost package or a completely different item. I decided to post just to say that everything went perfectly with me and I might just be lucky but I gotta say everything went smoothly.

I placed an order on November 11, I haven't received my order to this day, I wrote @ and I haven't received a reply, today it's November 26, still nothing, I just want my money back. I just don't know how, I don't recommend this company!
