I had constant communication from Michael G. before, during, and after the sale of my car. There was a last minute change in plans for which Michael G kindly accommodated with no complaints despite the inconvenience it caused him. Top man!

Ceejay came to collect my car and take. After completing a thorough appraisal and a test drive, and liaising with the recipient of the car, and also addressing some issues, the money was paid into my account and Ceejay took the car.
Although Ceejay had highlighted some issues, I thought this was quite accurate and acceptable. I found this gentleman to be very polite and professional, and would find it quite acceptable to deal with this gentleman and company again.

Title: Deceptive and Unprofessional - A Warning About Dylan

I feel compelled to issue a strong warning about a dealer named Dylan, who operates through Carwow, after a deeply unprofessional and deceptive experience.

The individual he sent to view my car was, to be blunt, completely unprofessional. He asked me to give him a lift from the train station, which I now see was a sign of the shamelessness to come. After viewing my car—which I bought from new and has a full service history—they made unsubstantiated claims about serious faults.

To be absolutely clear: the car had no engine management lights or any other dashboard warnings. I had it independently inspected to disprove their lies. The professional report was unequivocal:

· Electrical Diagnosis: A full-system diagnostic scan was performed. No fault codes were present or cleared. All systems are fully operational.
· Mechanical Inspection: The engine, transmission, clutch, drivetrain, and steering were all inspected. The mechanic found no leaks, no unusual noises, and no performance issues.

There was absolutely no evidence of any problem. This was a blatant, pathetic attempt to deceive me and fraudulently knock down the price after the viewing.

I subsequently sold the car to a legitimate buyer for £16,970, which confirms its impeccable condition and exposes Dylan's scam for what it is.

I would strongly advise anyone using Carwow to avoid this dealer at all costs. The operation is built on dishonesty.
