If i could offer 0 stars I would
If i could offer 0 stars I would. This company is shocking. After initially getting the delivery terms wrong I contacted them to change it, to which they were helpful. Unfortunately though, the package never arrived. Sandeep from customer services has been rude, unhelpful and even shared my personal information with the courier company and copied them into an email without my permission, nearly 4 weeks later still no refund for my parcel that i WAITED HOME FOR ALL DAY but apparently the courier driver decided to drop it to some random person to which this company thinks is acceptable.... disgusting. I will see you in court if you don't process my refund.
