Arranged for my delivery to go an In Post Locker as would not be available at home, this was arranged before the parcel was out for delivery, at a local In Post Locker shop open from 6-11
Was told delivery had been returned to Drinks Supermarket as they could not gain access to store.
I feel this is the problem with Yodel, I have had repeated problems with their deliveries, it is as if they cannot be bothered to deliver. I have since reordered with another supplier on Monday, it is being delivered today

Good value and a quick delivery.
One odd thing is that I bought six small bottles of Magners discounted for ‘damaged labels’ but they weren’t damaged - one bottle was only 2/3 full though. It had not leaked and I drank it. So does ‘damaged labels’ cover various faults ?

Be aware of this seller, don't trust and don't do any business with them. My order was missing with 6 bottles, paper box was torn at the bottom while standing at the pallet so it looks like everything arrived. Probably an old cheating trick to get back the 5% discount they gave me for being their new subscriber which gave me 6 bottles free! What a coincidence! The seller is refusing to take any responsibility for missing bottles. I'm at a loss, feeling sick that I have spent my money and time. Awful customer service. Never again! Stay away.

!!!Drinksupermarket-was it worth it to steal 6 bottles of mineral water from my disabled mum- for whom I bought this water?

Update on 24th July 2025

I just came back from the Police station where I wanted to report the whole situation with missing/stolen 6 glass bottles from my order.
The police informed me that this is a civil matter between you and myself as I'm dissatisfied with your service and one of the boxes came damaged (torn apart with 6 bottles missing). I'm entitled to have this box replaced under the Customer Rights Act 2015. 
I have a witness who was with me and there is a CCTV camera in the garage where the pallet was left. The police officer asked me to get the recording which I'm going to do. 
In the meantime I have opened a case against you under section 72.

You altered the delivery date to when I had a hospital appointment, then told me that you needed a signature which I would be unable to give. You then told me that you had altered the date to previously agreed and then delivered it to the previous date when I was not in and dumped the package on the doorstep for all to see. The package was damaged and I have told you this before
