Great customer service
We didn't make things easy for the poor people here but Alan and Nick were very supportive, personable and efficient. The shuttle driver, Robert, was also fantastic. They ensured that we were able to get our car and get to our funeral on time. Would definitely come back to Drivalia (directly, next time).

Smooth pickup from the airport (the shuttle was already there) and quick service from RK at the desk meant it was an easy experience. The car is new and in excellent condition. I’d definitely use them again

Shocking scare tactics used to force…
Shocking scare tactics used to force extra excess insurance
Told cover taken out when booked through booking,com didn’t covered for off street incidents, ie dinks in car parks. Excess would be £1500.
Then after paying an extra £128 during walk around vehicle, told any mark under 5cm doesn’t count or matter.

Double charged me and the branch…
Double charged me and the branch manager said they couldnt help. Cancelled one charge myself and then made a booking later but wouldnt let me pick up the car as I fixed the issue myself. Didnt really hace any choice. To be honest i was getting bored of the long trips to the rental centre and hearing people argue about insurance and damaged cars. My alternate rental was seamless and much more professional.
