On the 9-10-19, I booked a block of 10 lessons for my daughter. I paid the full amount to the instructor. She has only turned up for 2 and 3/4 hours. Then said after several let downs that due to unforeseen circumstances she can no longer take my daughter and refund the money into my daughters account. Ok that’s fine! Gave the lady the account details. No money has been refunded the lady Kate from Mansfield/Sutton in Ashfield isn’t answering the phone. I have rang drive2us with my complaint. I’m a single parent who works hard and saved for those lessons for my daughters 18th birthday. No refunded money so can’t afford to book anywhere else. It was important as I’m I’ll and can’t always drive to her college placement which is on a farm 7 miles away. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Worst company I have ever called. The receptionist I initially spoke to was extremely rude. I received a message to book a lesson and a lesson was agreed but nobody showed up. In the meantime I tried to contact someone, nobody got back to me. I didn’t have anybody’s name, just a number but no one knew anything about it in the office apparently. Finally after 1.5 weeks I received a message asking if I’d like a lesson, I asked for a confirmation and received it but nobody turned up again! I tried to call, I left messages and tried to speak to someone who could help but reception could only take my name and get someone to call me back. I am still waiting for a reply. To be fair to two receptionists, they were friendly but that doesn’t change the fact that I booked two lessons and each time nobody showed up. If I had had to cancel, I would have been charged but this way around nobody needs to be held accountable. Truly the most unprofessional business I have ever been in contact with. Do not waste your time and money!!!

Started my lessons in bristol and my instructor is very patient. Happy with the teaching style. My instructor is great.

Mike is the best driving instructor in the world in my opinion.

Do not recommend paid upfront for a block of 10 lessons first lesson no one shows up not even a phone call I had the try find out the issue then. Again Monday for my 2nd lesson no one showed up now all I want is a refund an it’s clearly not as simple as taking my money paid for 2 lots of child care to do my lessons for nothing to happen absolute joke now waiting for money to eventually be put back in bank so I can go else where an actually have a lesson that iv paid for

the first lesson no driver showed up and the second lesson once again no driver showed again, looking at other reviews this looks like a recurring problem

also their website claims to have a 5/5 on trustpilot and clearly thats not true

So took 5 weeks , then lying many time and me threating to do fill court proceedings before I could get a refund

Alan is a really great instructor who deals especially well with nervous drivers! Happy to say I now feel like a confident driver thanks to all his help! Thanks for helping me get there in the end!

My instructor Stuart was an amazing teacher. I was a little nervous and he made me feel at ease and was incredibly patient. His knowledge and teaching methods are incredible. I passed 1st time with 2 minors. I would highly recommend him if your to take lessons in the loughborough area.

Edit: The company have reported my review as fake. If needed I have evidence of a voucher approved by the owner. Another example of their terrible practice.

While others may have had a good experience with this company mine has been absolutely terrible.

It took 3 phone calls to even book a lesson. First lesson, the driver didn't turn up. No forewarning. Second lesson, no driver, no forewarning.

The customer service, while polite, goes in circles and is useless. I was told that not only did they not know where my driver was, they couldn't tell me who my driver was.

Waste of time. Go elsewhere. Ridiculous way to do business.

Stuart is a great instructor from the Loughborough area. Gives lots of help and is very patient with his students. Extremely reliable and I would recommend 100%!

Stuart is a very good driving instructor he kept me at ease and helped me learn quickly and pass my test in a few months would really recommend to anyone around Loughborough area who is trying to choose an instructor to take lessons with him as he will teach you everything you need to get on the road

I have done my lessons with Stuart Maadam from Drive2us in Loughborough. He was so friendly and helped me through my lessons. Though I had driving experience in other countries, I felt little hard to drive on UK roads. But Stuart helped me in getting rid of all the difficulties and hurrayyyyy.. I passed my test for the first time

I did my driving lessons with Drive 2 us and had Stewart as my instructor and he helped me firstly pass my theory test which he didn’t have to but kindly did and he was always on time to my lessons and always reminded me a day before that I had a lesson after every lesson we reflected and would talk about how I could improve. I would recommend whoever is learning to drive to do it with Drive2Us as I had the pleasure to work with Stuart.
