The product , itself , is good . I did , however ,not appreciate having to spend an additional £44 , for different brackets , because the ones supplied , originally , were of no use . They should have known that and offered to replace them free of charge .

First order. Info on company website and product listing was clear. Order fulfilment and delivery were fast.

The Tailored fit rubber mats for my 2021 Audi Q5 fit perfectly and at a perfect price point too. Quick delivery and very happy with the purchase and experience.

Order process good and confirmation received quickly. Order took a little while to despatch but delivered in fairly good time. The product itself was excellent and fitted car well.

Easy to find the website, easy to order & pay, advised of delivery date, arrived when expected, pleased with the product.

I had a couple of questions about the ErgoTech dog guards and had a full reply within a day; this meant that I could select the appropriate product, which I expected to arrive by the end of that week.
It was delivered two days later, much quicker than expected.
Driveden also sent a link to a useful video guide explaining step - by - step how the product could best be installed, which was very helpful.
All in all, my experience with Driveden: 10/10.

Service was great but the item didn't fit my car as the item description said it would. Accurate delivery estimate, it arrived on time, well-packaged and otherwise I'm very happy with the service and purchase process. The only trouble was when I went to fit it to my car (a 2024 Kia Stonic with open roof bars) as the roof bars angle inwards ever so slightly. The item does NOT fit - you can't adjust it inwards enough, it needs to be able to come in an extra 2cm or so either side.

Great delivery service, however the instructions are awful, the base of the cross bars don’t cover the hole in the cars roof rails completely and the wind noise they make is awful. I have had other cars with roof rails and cross bars which have been perfectly quiet, so am experienced with them. Shame really as the buying experience was good.

All round great service and happy with the product

So i was struggling to find a roof rack for my car for a reasonable price. Thankfully i found this site. It was very easy to finally get what i needed. The set came in 4 days, paper instructions were a bit basic but could find very helpful youtube video and it was easy after that. Great, price, great quality.

I ordered the exact part I needed at a good price. It arrived very promptly. The whole process was good and easy. I would recommend and certainly use again.
