The USB data cable could be a bit more robust. However, my overall opinion is very good. I would buy again.

Greg got me right to what I needed and then helped me not only to upgrade my order to ensure maximum performance of my system, but also guided me with additional items I would need through Dell and to encase the hard drive(s). I am truly impressed. Literally today, me newer Dell said the hard drive is showing signs of failure - I know who I am calling! THANKS!!

I was able to find the right ssd for my new laptop and the right enclosure to allow me to clone the system drive. I wouldn't have known how to find that info otherwise.

After a couple of previous attempts to upgrade the M.2 SSD 2230 of my wife's Microsoft Surface Pro 8, and failing those attempts, it was time to ask the internet community for help. It was suggested I use a Kioxia BG4 1Tb PCIe NVMe Gen3 (NOT a Gen4) M.2 2230 Solid State Drive, but these are very hard to find and only sell to computer stores or computer techs. This found information was a couple fo years old, but seemed to hold true even today. Then I came across a website I had never heard of before. They have, In Stock, the Exact M.2 SSD I'm looking for, and it seemed as if I, a regular consumer, could purchase it. Other 1Tb Gen4 SSD's were on sale, but this one was not. A little bummed, but still kind of excited, I had to do some research on this website called DriveSolutuons.com. After spending a couple fo hours on a deep dive of looking at reviews, site verification and whatever else I coupd think of, I finally submitted my order and crossed my fingers. Shortly after my order was submitted, I got a confirmation email. OK, seems legit, but 100% convinced yet. Next day I get an email with a tracking number. OK, well, if this place is going to scam me, they are pretty convincing at sending an order. The next few days I kept an eye on the tracking, which tracking said my package was gett8ng closer to being g delivered. Delivery day! Impatiently waiting for UPS to drop off my package I paced back and forth in the house and then outside. Que the UPS truck. They stop outside my house, walk to the back of the truck, as this is happening I walk out to the truck and stand 10 feet away from the truck, and a few second later, the driver hands me a small package. The return address was from DriveSolutions.com. I thanked the driver and walked back insole the house. No fancy packaging, I opened the box and there it was, resting in a clear rigid plastic packaging, the "unattainable" SSD. It took me all but 60 seconds to swap out my wife's old SSD with the new one. Reinstalled Win. 11 and it has been working like new for the last few weeks. Back to DriveSolution.com. This is the only purchase I have made with them, but the next time I need a drive, this will be the first place I look, Thank you Drive Solutions!

I made two seperate orders, forgot to order the cloning cable. Customer service contacted me via email and stated "we see you placed two seperate orders, we are combining the two orders into one, and refunding the second orders shipping costs. Now thats "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVIVE" !!

which means the 1tb kioxia bg6 i get is actually used, and for quite a while before sold as new. the sticker also does not match the website, which is retail, but i get oem instead.

for 130 total price tag, and without informing me before hand, i would expect better.

I recommend other buyers also check with crystaldiskinfo, just in case.

Edit: Seems the sticker match one of the images. And the website provide information indicate this is an oem disk. But let's not suggest it needed 5tb write for test alone. And i see the smart data that come with my machines, all have below 10 power on counts, below 50 power on hours.
