I have bad credit

I have bad credit , Drivetime worked with me and im so very grateful for them , Tamika helped me with purchasing and she was absolutely the nicest, patient & helpful . I definitely will never go anywhere else for further vehicles, the whole experience at drivetime was easy and i love the way everyone worked together as a team , that made this process faster and easier !

Tomeka and Alberto came to my rescue when I was in a bind! I was limited on time, money, and credit! They worked with me and had me in a great car for a great price within a few hours! I can't thank them enough for helping me through this journey!

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I’d do it. Absolute worse dealership I’ve ever walked into.

Came by for a second time to test drive a car in preparation to buy it. COULD NOT GET THREE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES AWAY FROM THIER OFF LINE CONVERSATION to even ATTEMPT to assist!

Pathetic.

I’ll buy a car this week. It sure won’t be at this location.

This company sells Lemons

This company sells Lemons. The cars look great but are pieces of junk. First car was a 2017 Kia Optima and it would not start several times within the first 5 days so I took it back because we went to Firestone like the Silverock warranty company suggested and they said it wasn’t the battery and maybe it was the starter but they couldn’t tell. Got another vehicle. A 2020 Ford Edge Titanium. Drove it home and the next morning it wouldn’t start. Couldn’t even open the doors because the key fob didn’t work. Bought a new battery for the key fob, called AAA to jump start it and they couldn’t because they said the battery hookups were so corroded that they couldn’t jump it. Towed it back to the dealership because it was within the 5 days. Got my down payment back and went to CarMax and got a safe reliable vehicle. Do Not listen to them when they say just use the warranty and get things fixed if things go wrong within the first 5 days. They want you to keep it beyond the 5 days so they don’t have to take it back and you’re stuck with a lemon and a high car payment. They didn’t even seem surprised the vehicles were junk. They just kept trying to talk us into using the warranty to get it checked out but you shouldn’t have issues within the first week if they are truly doing their 150 point inspection. They are selling cars with dead batteries, bald tires, engine and break issues etc. Do not fall for it. The purchase process is easy & they harass you about leaving a review before you leave so that’s how they get their high ratings. In reality they are knowingly selling lemons and they do not care. And Carvana is run by the same company. Uses the same bank and warranty company and sell the same lemons. DriveTime & Carvana are crooks. Buyer Beware.

They are false advertising

They are false advertising! They tell you are approved over the phone and get all your documents and proof of income over the phone so you don't have to do all that when you come in. THAT'S BULL****!!! When you get there they ask for the same thing ( THAT THEY ASK YOU ONE PHONE AND ASK YOU TO SEND OVER THE PHONE)!!! THEY SAY YOU APPROVED OVER THE PHONE BUT WHEN YOU GET THERE THEY SAY YOU NEED A CO-SIGNER AND SAY YOU'LL HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS AND LIVE TOGETHER!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS F**** BULL**** THAT YOU HAVE TO LIVE TOGETHER TO CO-SIGNER ( Alberto) AT DRIVETIME OF MOBILE!!!! THAT'S F***** UP!!!!

They won't provide Title!

I purchased a car from Drive Time in Mobile Alabama on April 17, 2023. As of May 8 (21 days later) Drive Time still has not provided me with the title to the car. The temporary tag has expired and I can't register the car without a title. I am very disappointed with your unprofessional sloth.

We visited the Mobile AL location on 2 Days. Jashua was great and made our decision very easy. On the second day Q. Murphy closed the deal in professionally yet friendly. He explained everything and triple checked all aspects of our transaction. Both gentlemen greatly impressed my daughter and I.
