Good product and support, I bought their dual sensor gimbal Gemini IR-Pro for my Flir Vue Pro
Purchased a gimbal directly from DroneBase.IT. They started out helpful enough and we ordered a dual sensor gimbal. It did not meet our expectations and we ended up returning it with a return authorization from the owner, Fabio deMatteis, for a refund of about $7000. That refund never happened. In fact we have not even been given the courtesy of a return phone call, email or any other type of correspondence for the last 12 months. They simply took $7000 from us - no credit, no refund, no option for store credit......
This companies business practice appears to be less than honorable!
Our recommendation would be to stay away. I will continue to provide reviews (anywhere I can) that reflect DroneBase questionable business practices until this matter is resolved. If anyone from DroneBase.it sees this, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
