Would give them zero stars if I could. Complete and utter Crooks. Tell bear faced lies. Do not finish the infrastructure of their developments. The building finish of their houses is atrocious.
Avoid at all costs.

Elle's customer engagement from day one to date has been great, she is very patient and also very clear in detail regarding the the step by step content of my contract.

We have been in our new Duchy Home for a week now and have to say we are delighted with our new home.
Sales Executive Niki has been superb throughout the process. She is always a great advocate for us as the customers and we honestly couldn't fault her. She is a great communicator and was always smiling and welcoming whenever we popped by.
The build quality is a very high standard and the snags so far have all been very minor and Site Manager Gary fixed some of them on the spot as we went round.
If I had criticisms it would be that the height of the kitchen cabinets is too high - I can only reach the top shelves on tip toe, so I can only put things on the front edge. This also puts the bottom edges of doors and cabinets is at prime head-bumping height, so not ideal.
As I chose not to upgrade the hob, I found the standard ceramic hob that has been fitted rather basic, and not easy to clean round the knobs .
A pedestrian access door to the garage would also be useful, but these are minor points.
My husband and I are looking forward to the process of making this our dream home.
So in summary a huge thank you to Niki, Gary and all the team for making the journey relatively stress-free.

Polite staff. Great service. Just bought a house and over the moon with how we have been treated throughout this by Nikki the Sales Executive. This was one of the reasons we were keen to buy too. She’s absolutely lovely. Perfect house, dream home. Super excited to move in now when the time comes.

Nikki was great throughout the whole purchase process, and Gary was really good at keeping on top of the snagging list.

It would have been a five-star experience if I hadn’t had issues with no cutlery drawer being installed, despite paying for the kitchen upgrade.

Our first home was a Victorian end-of-terrace. And whilst it was in need of updating, it had great bones that continue to stand the test of time. Being a rather small abode, it took us years to relocate our growing family, as so many new builds were pretty with modern layouts, but not 'better ' and made us feel like they weren't going to stand the test of time. With that being said, I couldn't be more DELIGHTED with our new Duchy home. From start to finish, it has been an amazing journey. Not only do I have a sense that Niki and the rest of the sales team are not just selling you a house, but they are well aware they are selling you a home, and so much respect and attention to detail goes into that, and it shines through in all of our interactions. We have been in the home for a few months now, and I continue to be impressed with the fantastic quality of everything in the house. I was sceptical about Hotpoint appliances as we usually purchase Miele or Bosch, but I put in a heavy load of baked-on, no-rinse dishes and it came out sparkling. From the heavy keys, to the solid door handles, premium kitchen, solar panels, and an iboost to use solar to heat your water tank, everything has been thoroughly thought out. It is clear that everyone involved in the design process considered what it would be like to actually live here, and built a house that would become a home on a site that will become a community.
As much as I love my new home, not everything was perfect when we moved in. And with so many details and different tradesmen, it makes a lot of sense. HOWEVER, Gary, the site manager, is brilliant. Always on top of things. I much prefer competence to charisma, but I find Gary has both in spades. He made sure everything was put right and gave me the confidence that we weren't going to be abandoned after we got our keys. The same attentiveness shown by Niki has followed through with Gary, and I'm sure with the customer service team when the time comes. I couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful home that continues to surprise me as I notice more and more little things that are just nice features I wouldn't have thought to ask for, but I'm super glad someone thought to put them in.

Your sales consultant Jack was excellent, so knowledgeable efficient and a real people person which went such a long way when making such a big decision. He could not have been more caring. We have recently completed on our sale and moved into our forever home at Hallwood Meadows. Niki has been amazing at looking after us through the whole process from reserving to completing and after completion. Always quick to respond, really helpful and kept us updated every step of the way. Gary the site manager has also been extremely helpful with aftercare since moving in. Highly recommend Duchy Homes!

We recently purchased a home on the Hall Wood Meadows development. When we went to view the show home, we were not initially looking to buy. We got talking to Niki and Ryan, they explained the various options and plots available in great clarity. Upon this this information and the quality of the plot, we decided to make the purchase. Thoughout the whole process Niki was fantastic to deal with, the information was always provided when asked for and our move-in date was to the day.

Gary and Kieran have been great with the aftercare, replies to any questions answered promptly.

My wife and I recently bought a new home with Duchy Homes, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Anyone who has bought a new build knows the stories, so we went in cautiously. We have come out of it genuinely impressed.

The build quality is the standout. The finish and attention to detail are a clear step above the new builds we have owned and viewed previously, and it shows in the small things as much as the big ones. We had independent snagging survey carried out on the property and it came back with no major issues, which says everything about the standards on site.

Niki and Jack in sales were both excellent. Clear, patient and consistently helpful, with straight answers on timescales and no pressure at any point. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to decode what you are being told, and we never once felt that here.

Aftercare has been just as strong. Niki and Gary are incredibly well organised and punctual in arranging visits, everything happens when they say it will, and nothing has needed chasing. That is rarer than it should be and it made settling in far easier.

Building work is still ongoing across the development, but Duchy make a real effort to keep disruption to a minimum. The site is kept tidy and well maintained, and it already feels like somewhere people want to live rather than a building site with houses on it.

We would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you to Niki, Jack, Gary and the whole team.
