My account needed verification, before I could make my withdrawal, I had £800 pending, once my account was verified they sent me only £350 and I was concerned I wouldn’t get my remaining £450. After speaking with the live chat they were able to identify that I indeed did not receive the £450 so they were able to fix the issue and send me my money the same day. I have to say I’m very impressed with the speedy live chat service they provide, top marks for that!

Horrific site claimed after taking payment multiple times i was depositing through a third party, PayPal, partners name my email my card details, which understandably if I scrolled through a tonne of smallprint I might of picked up on but then too withhold my money and kick me out ...

I deleted my previous review as my case with Duelz has officially ended and I was paid my withdrawal request after 45 days of pure stress.

I deposited £10k with no problems at all but when I requested to withdraw £6k I had my account suspended pending further documentation. I submitted the documents and they kept asking for more documents. I submitted everything they asked for and they emailed me saying that my account was closed and that I should contact eCogra if I disagreed with the decision. I contacted eCogra and after a week or so they emailed me back saying that Duelz told them that the "internal investigation was still ongoing" eCogra told me there was nothing they could so until after it had finished. I contacted Duelz to ask why they lied about their "final decision" and they blanked my emails. I emailed all of their departments and even the sister sites emails and I got nothing back. 22 days go by and I decide to contact the employees on LinkedIn and inform them that I will take this further. A few days go by and I get an email from Duelz saying that they "performed a re-assessment of the documents your provided this far" and require me to get the documents certified by an accountant or solicitor. I submitted the documents and the following day they finally paid out my withdrawal. It took 45 days for them to pay out my money.. it's the worst experience I've ever had on a casino. The delay tactics are disgusting and I've reported them to the Gambling Commission for this reason.

I would rate this site 0/5 if that was an option. Avoid!

Absolutely horrific experience
Will not release my winnings or allow me to withdraw unless I bare my soul showing them all of my finances.
However they continue to accept deposits

Won £400 what a nightmare trying to get it out..when you go to verification it says not needed.!! When you win i hope you have a stool sanple blood sample urine sample .proof of your great great great grannies mothers birth certificate.!!!as i have put in passport details.driving license.bank statements.proof of address.bank card details..and iam still struggling to get my winnings.been nearly a week now..just been told to re submit my bank card even though the documents i sent have passed other bet sites...live chat is hopeless as all they say is please submit documents..give this a WIDE berth or try and upload ALL your documents before playing..iam just waiting on my DNA results so i can send this if needed...UNBELIEVABLE.

I would give a 0 star if I could! What a joke of a site wish I had not set this up! I won £200 6 days ago and I still haven't received it when I set up this account I checked before I deposited and it said no verification needed and then when I go to withdraw all of a sudden they need ID proof of address as photo of me my bank details absolutely useless but I sent them and bo one is responding the customer service is rubbish as well they are not helpful at all I just wish I would of seen the reviews here first before I even set up the account this site is not to be trusted 100%

Scammers they have stolen 450 pounds that was pending withdrawals, by not processing them and closing my acount. 6 weeks now everyday emailing to no email back....cowards and thefts

Total scam, take your money easily but any withdrawal is impossible it sends you to another site and link ask for bank details which obviously there have card details all personal private information, stay away from this site and should be looked into total scam

Withdrawal is not allowed only deposits allowed. When I requested for withdrawal, was asked to send sensitive information like debit card details on an email which is very risky. Upon privacy concern they said 'you can trust us'. Now my 35 pounds are stuck but save yoourself from pain.

Upon objection they were happy to say you can complain but we won't refund. Maybe they know complains don't matter. Lost few quids but learned big lesson how to identify scammers.

Would not use this casino at all, happy to take your money but as soon as you win they want to know everything and even though you supply them with everything they ask for they close your account and don’t pay out stay away!

For your own sanity do not use this site. They are willing to take your money but constantly delay any winnings. Furthermore I queried why my withdrawal was taking so long and got self excluded for it so no doubt that’s my 200 just gone!!!!!!! Taking this further disgusting company.

Okay to begin with, a few wins nothing major, but started noticing a pattern IE after a few withdrawals those wins dried up, I'm talking hundreds of £££ to the tune of hundreds of DEAD spins, when you get to the stage where you are repetitively & quickly pressing the spin button before the previous spin even stops just to run your money down it's time to close your account. CLOSED!!!

Was all going good until win big asked for verification was going to send it all for them but then was advised that is not okay and they are not complying with gambling commission that they cannot withhold funds only can ask for verification but not to withhold funds I am going to complain, until they pay me out I will not change my review

Update after the review they didn’t want to proceed with verification only block my account but did pay me out

As a long term gambler and having taken the time to learn about RTP (return to player) and having played on around 60 different casinos I can honestly say that voodoo is an honest one they will and do pay out they are fast at responding to email queries with helpful staff if your looking for a casino to enjoy you won’t go wrong with this one . But remember only gamble what you can afford to lose the casino needs to make a living to have fun and enjoy in my experience this site is a great one
