I have an account with Dunder for more than a year and never had any issue. Customer service guys are always polite and helpful and fast.

My daughter recently won £55 on Dunder no sign of it being paid. After 3 emails they say it was paid into the bank. No sign as of yet. They now want bank statements and details to prove this. Every win she's had we've had trouble with. Give them a wide birth

I dont normally review these sites , but after reading negative comments I feel I have to say that I find it a great site . Ive played on just about every bingo site especially slots more than bingo , and recently never had a decent play on any. The 1st day I played I won without using the bonus money and withdrew it , but after reading negative comments on here I thought that I would have difficulty getting it , however I got it with no problems , not a lot but still I was happy with it . What a rip off , the payouts, if they exist are rubbish as % of wager.
The attitude of their customer care is " we don't really care", a disgrace and the U.K. regulator will be well advised to take a very close look at how Dunder works .
If they need proof to payout then they should require proof to play on their dubious site .

just echoing the rest of the reviews really. was able to deposit £20 to play but as soon as i tried to log back in they had blocked me. id already veryfied my account and all went fine.

now they will not respond to any of my emails and there is no other way to make contact. its like they just basically just stole my last deposit.

I thought of taking a trial of this new online casino website, deposited money and when i tried to play, it kept sending "try to log in " message.
Withdrawal has not been credited and it has been 16 days since requested, they keep asking for bank statements and simply doesn't know how to read them.
