They will take your money without question then hold your winnings hostage until you give them your personal information.

I don't trust this site and as such they have stolen my winnings since I REALLY don't trust them with my information now after this winnings hostage dibacle.

Complete shambles of a site, verification not complete even after having documents for days and ignore my emails asking why they haven't been in touch... Not one reply back!

They quote the MGA for UK players that's completely misleading and against the UKGC license they rent, yes they don't have one they borrow one from MT SecureTrade...

This has got to be the worst online casino in history. I should have known when I couldn’t find a contact number for them. All contact must be done by email, by a person copy and pasting into google translate. You can’t carry a conversation with them because they do not refer to previously sent emails for reference. This is the very first time in my live that i play a casino game and now i have regrets.

So i withdraw them to my bankaccount.

Everytime when i email them, they never reply them.

And now they have blocked my account too, when i email them about that, no answer.

I have sent them a message on dunder facebook account. First they answer my question and now they are ignoring me.

I just want the payment that i have won fairly.

Never even heard of them, until they emailed me telling me I had £3,788.24 in my account ready to claim.
Never used them before in my life. But they want me to "sign up again and pay £20 to get my £3,788.24 .... which they will of course credit back" ... blah blah blah ....

I have to laugh at some of the reviews here. People complaining about wagering. It is totally standard that you have to wager through deposit bonuses. 35 - 40x is the norm. Dunder have done nothing untoward. I suggest that you people read the terms and conditions of the deposit bonus before signing up. I've had no issues with Dunder. I lost my money on the sign up but won £580 from a follow up deposit offer. No issues withdrawing either and haven't had to provide ID documents. I find this a very good site.

Avoid, they will be happy to take money and let you lose with no worries, but should you win and ask for that winnings they ask for back and front of debit card, driving license, passport, I'd cards, and when you send them send you another email saying they received them but require more documents and list exactly the same documents to send again no explanation as why the first time wasn't good enough, this process is constantly repeated..

Read the reviews from others and avoid if you don't want to be left out of pocket

“Warning” this site is one big scam...! You’ll be excited when you win but you’ll never receive your money...! No phone number to contact them either just emails...And the there provider is exactly the same a company called wirecard read their reviews and it speaks volumes...I’m now after nearly 4 weeks still waiting for them to send me my funds and I’ve sent them everything they’ve asked for...I’m now in talks with the gaming licensing commission UK and IBAS.....

Terrible!! I received an advert email for 50 free spins on this site (no strings attached) so decided to give it a go and I won a grand total of 54p ! I'm just glad I didn't waste any money on it ! If that's meant to be advertising their site in the hope I'll deposit they can think again!!

Be aware that the owner of this business runs an affiliate program - 'Casumo Affiliates' - Which it appears certain unscrupulous people (whom they allow to be affiliates) then use as a reason to mislead people into signing up with the site (i.e. "I will pay you to review the casino site" etc.).

If Casumo want to deal with this issue - I could provide you with the link your offending affiliate is using so that you can identify them.

"BONUS" money!! I deposited £100 which was matched with a £50 bonus. Wagered well over £100 & won just over £600 however was unable to withdraw any of my winnings until I wagered another £1,300.00!!! SERIOUSLY. I am a regular player & only times I win is when "bonus" money is in play. Carried on to play the £600 "winnings" and surprise, surprise no further wins. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

worst site I have ever played at, they charge you to deposit, and again if you are lucky enough to withdraw. On top of that, you can plainly see the difference in wins between lower and higher bets. If you need to chat to their staff, for some reason the chat fails to work a lot. After 3 or 4 deposits, they blocked my account saying that I had not proved my age....I made my deposits on a card, duh. Steer well clear all.

Please look elsewhere. I lost $500 over 5 days playing at Dunder.com before I realized the payback is disgusting. On bonuses I was constantly getting 2x-10x playing $1.50 per spin and never won more then $50 at any given time. STAY AWAY.

Then why the hell let me play and deposit money if you didn't know my age.? Sent them my passport but still no response to rectify the block? This is the worst site I have ever been on.
They do not tell you anything regarding age etc on sign up? Maybe in the terms and cons but who the hell reads them.
Spoke to 5 ppl on live chat and they read off a screen so they will not help.
Report any issues to the gambling commission and stay well clear.
