From the initial quote enquiry, Durford Penrose were brilliant, Megan was very helpful from the outset, and the actual surveyor carrying out the work was brilliant, Called when they said they were going to gave a concise overview of the report incoming, and i had the full report within 48hours of the survey,
Would use there services again in the future, thank you.

Had a level 3 survey done for our first house that we bought. Survey picked up on loads of things for us to investigate. Surveyor arrived on fine and the report was very thorough. Would use Dunford Penrose again 😊

Very professional service from start to finish. On the day of survey Martin gave me a call to discuss his findings. I was expecting him to give me a brief overview to be followed up by his full report. He was on the phone for about 40 minutes! I got the impression he could have spoken about the property much longer. He assured me that me that if there was anything else that I needed to discuss with him further we only needed to call him. We received his report within a few days with lots of photos of the property and his observations, along with recommendations. His report was very thorough. One of the local authority searches came back which we needed to discuss with him.. He returned our call within a timely fashion and put our concerns at ease.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Extremely thorough report with photos. Daniel the surveyor called me after the survey and we spoke for about 25 mins to go over the key points. Very friendly and helpful advice from David, Rosie and the team. They understand the stresses of purchasing an expensive asset, and advice and communication is respectful of that.
We had a few follow up queries following a visit by our builder, which David swiftly responded to.
We chose the firm as our buyer used them and we were impressed that Calvin even picked up on items we hadn't noticed!

Comprehensive phone call on the same day as the survey, followed several days later with a 76 page survey, covering all points plus an additional report with localised info - all very good.

Excellent survey. Really thorough, clearly laid out in the report and the surveyor had clearly spent time and effort inspecting the property and called me that evening to give a headline summary of his findings.

Speedy quote and booking. Drone over roof showed more insights and liked having a call on the day with overview of results

Booked survey but unfortunately they could only complete the survey in a month's time. We found someone who could do it sooner so cancelled. They refunded us within 2 days and were really helpful and efficient.

Highly recommend dunford penrose surveyors. I had a level 3 survey carried out by Simon, and received a call on the same day where he took the time to explain everything in great detail. booking the survey was straight forward, and the price was really good. i received the written report 3 working days later, which was earlier than anticipated, so thankyou. I really like the traffic light system as it made the report much easier to read. photos were also provided for any problem areas. I feel Simon went above and beyond, and he was very friendly and helpful. many thanks dunford Penrose!
